Cos De BAHA Salicylic Acid 4% Exfoliating Facial Serum with Niacinamide, 1 Fl Oz (30ml)

I bought this honestly kind of thinking that it was probably a fake product, since I had never seen any skincare with more than 2% salicylic acid, and it just sat on my shelf for a couple years until very recently, when my skin was the worst it has been in several years and I had several deep cystic pimples literally all over my face. I was desperate and had tried all of my other serums and treatments to no avail, and I decided to give this one a shot since I hadn’t ever really tested it and, again, I was desperate. Well, almost 2 weeks later and my skin is more or less totally clear again and the hyperpigmentation from the pimples are also fading very nicely! And I’ve experienced no dryness, redness or irritation. I just put a squirt of it into my palm and mix that with my moisturizer and put them on together each night and it does the trick. So, I give this product 5 stars, because it works so much better than I could have ever hoped and it’s very affordable, even now with inflation prices! Buy this if your skin is sensitive but you need serious acne fighting ingredients. This product seems to do it all, at least for me :)

I love this serum, it removes spots and blackheads, it flakes the skin a little when you first start using it, after that this doesn't happen, it fades acne

I think this product may not have a low enough pH to work for some people. Peeling acids will not work as well if their pH is much above 2. This does not make me peel or flake. This is more gentle than my 3% salicylic acid I have from another company, which I don't mind right now, as I currently have an eczema flair up on my face. This has done what I needed it to, which is keep blackheads and pimples at bay. Be sure not to use salicylic acid if you have an allergy to aspirin. I would buy it again.

I bought this because I needed a SA substitute for TO's SA acid that was unfortunately discontinued. I have combo (oily t zone normal face ) skin that can be very acne prone. Salicylic acid can be a little harsh & causes dehydrated skin for me but it's one of the only skincare product that effectively get rid of my pimples & holds cystic acne at bay. I used the entire bottle & I rate it 4 stars. The texture is soapy but it absorbs quickly. It takes care of breakouts & is good for spot treatment. However I didn't see much improvement in my skin texture & I still get my usual pop up pimples. I plan on buying it again. Affordable, good spot treatment & preventive action for cystic acne breakouts. Might look into an AHA if I want help with skin texture...

I do think it helps my skin. (I produce a ridiculous amount of oil and I have Sebaceous Hyperplasia. )Just be careful not to go crazy with it or you will have a red face for a couple of days. I plan to order it again.

I received the product yesterday and have only used it once, so I can't say yet whether I like it or not. However, as you can see from the photos, the jar was not full—there was a significant amount of product missing. This seems unacceptable to me.

I have super sensitive, highly reactive skin. Any little thing sets my skin off causing acne, rashes and scarring. So I was very apprehensive in trying this serum but I needed to smash random hormonal zits that pop up during “that time of the month”. Shockingly, this does the trick and doesn’t freak my sensitive skin out!! Start with once a week and work up to once a day. You can also use this as a spot treatment. It’s effective at minimizing zits and drying them out. Note: It is very effective at drying out pimples but also drying your skin out too! So be sure to use a good moisturizer with this too. I highly recommend this, especially for sensitive, reactive, dry skin.

I use this about every other night on my feet, followed by a urea cream, and my chronically dry and callused feet have never been softer. I get pedicures every 6 weeks and have still struggled with them getting rough within 2 or 3 weeks. Nothing has ever worked for me before. I will say that, as we hit sandal season, aka no sock season, I have started to notice some minor issues again, but transitioning to using this daily, instead of every other day, seems to be doing the trick.

After trying everything and going backwards and forwards to the Drs about my acne, it's lovely to FINALLY find something that works! I use this morning and night, after washing my face with Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser and then waiting 30ish mins and applying Cetaphil Moisturising Cream - this combo has worked wonders and my skin is looking so much healthier! Can't recommend enough!

治り方バグ！高校生ニキビが治らなくて困ってたけど毛穴のポツポツ？みたいなのが原因でニキビ繰り返してる人とかにはすごいくらい効きます！自分は3日でざらつき減ったのがわかりました笑後保湿はかなり必須でクリームで蓋をしても翌朝少し突っ張ります連続しようは3日までですね。ニキビの薬使っても治らないって人は毛穴詰まりがあってそもそも薬が浸透しないってことが多いと思うのでその原因である詰まりをこれで解消すればすごいくらい肌綺麗になってニキビも治ります！自分は脂性肌でざらつきがあったので乾燥肌の人にはお勧めしません！脂性肌で毛穴詰まりの人特化という感じですね

I really wanted this to work because I had seen all the good reviews of the ordinary version But this was like there was no salicylic acid inside I have used many salicylic acid products before and know the effect this has on my skin This did nothing & it’s texture was like a foaming face wash... I literally feel like I bought a foam face wash buying this ‘serum’
