Cute, but not sure it was ‘new’
The Package was seemed old and had some cosmetic defects (like it was pre-owned and repacakaged?) but the item itself is fine.Bought it for my mother in law as a gift.

Not the usual quality of a Precious Moments
Make sure you read the description, even though I took note of the measurements of this item it was still very small, it was a cheap resin type material and the paint job was not great. Really not the quality I expect from Precious Moments. Very disappointed. Also, check where the item is coming from, the seller I purchased this through was actually in the USA so I had to pay import charges on it which was unexpected. No where on the listing did Amazon indicate to me that the item was not coming from the UK.
