I actually love this mop. Being in a wheelchair, it allows me to clean my floors with little effort. The only problem is this is the 4th mop I've had as I've had numerous breakages. Thankfully, the Lifetime Warranty has sent me free replacements EXCEPT for the newest mop. This one I ordered and paid for after sending an email requesting a replacement. I figured a spare was a good ides. HOWEVER, I've not has a response to my email and am waiting for my replacement mop.

This is my first review ever! I have been using spray mops for the past 4 years. My first mop was Addis's spray mop it broke after almost 2 years. I replaced it with another Addis spray mop that lasted me a year and bit before that one broke as well. I wanted to invest in a good mop so bought this one because it comes with a lifetime guarantee!!! I bought it in October 19 and the pics I have put up are of my second mop from Vorfreude. First one broke in May this year the customer service personnel were polite and sent me a replacement mop and now after a few months this is broken as well. I have now tried to email them a few times and they do not reply.I am all for supporting small and new businesses and I am also aware that we are going through a pandemic but this is not how you should treat your customers by ignoring them.The product is not well made! I liked the mini scraper that comes with mop apart from that I am disappointed 🙁

Once assembled , excellent , had difficulty clicking together the main shaft where it went into back of waterbottle , I could see where it had to go but by pushing too hard i was concerned that I may break a little knob off. when a friend did it for me the knob could be pressed down, so tiny was not easy to see,but let let the main shaft into place. Could have done with a close up in instructions .

I love this product, in fact so much so that I now have two of them. It’s very sturdily, made my first one was relatively easy to put together, a bit of a struggle but we got there. The second one took us much longer and I can tell you it raised my blood pressure with all the effort but we got there in the end. You must align every thing and you’ll get there in the ....

Great idea, but the plastic used to connect the rod at the bottom to its casing is too brittle. This is the second mop I've had and both broke in the same place. This one barely lasted two weeks. I wasn't even being rough with it, I was merely moving it gently backwards and forwards and it suddenly snapped, in the same way as the first snapped. Disappointing. I've tried to superglue it together and taped it with lots of strong duck tape to hold it together.

Everything was good until you use it and you feel how poorly and cheaply made it is the squirt nozzle leaks, bottle is hard to take it out and most of all the the swivel head you can feel it so weak that it has broken on me within less than a month. I am so disapointed. Please save time and hasstel.

This is a very plasticky item which is tricky to assemble and after use the bottle is almost impossible to remove. With a lot of wasted time and effort it eventually came off. Those are the negatives.Positives are that it doesn't spray too much water and does what I want it to do. How long will it last? Not sure but then it's not a costly item

Constantly leaks while in use and also when in storage !!!! Had bought the same model a few years ago and forgot that this was a problem, should have bought the one I got to replace the previous Vorfreude from Home Bargains at half the price. Would not recommend at all.
