Easy to put together, looks good and a great alternative to shelves if you live in an apartment and aren’t allowed to hang up shelves.

The product came in good condition by it was missing all the top pegs for hanging items, and two of the screws were too short to even catch the bolt in order to even tighten. The instructions were very confusing and was even missing the second page. Instead of going through the hassle of returning we went out and bought the missing parts from Lowes.If you want to take a chance go for it, but I highly suggest finding another seller.

Very disappointing. The item arrived with important missing parts.... I returned it and in the next box the same items were missing. I finally returned it for a full refund today. So disappointing.

This rack is perfect for our little apartment. It keeps shoes organized as well as a place to store backpacks and purses without taking up space or looking bulky.
