This training too works. You could easily cut a 2 x 4 and make this but if you don’t want to, like me, this option works. The green felt thing comes off easily, but nothing some gorilla glue can’t fix.

My coach recommended this to work on eliminating my slide on my backswing. Works as it should for those drills.

As another reviewer mentioned after only a couple of uses the "turf" which is really just felt material came loose from the base. Before that happened the felt material started to fray. I can't believe Callaway would put their name on such a cheaply made product. Save your money and buy something else.

Good training resources that helps with your timing into the downswing.

Used it maybe 4 or 5 times the first month I owned it. Total of maybe 30 practice swings. Green "turf" separated from the plastic base. Could see the scant amount of glue used to apply it. For this price, molded plastic and a strip of felt really should be more durable.

This helps you learn how to shift your weight to your lead foot and with hip rotation.
