Back of glass case is easy to break.
This is the third I've broken the back but not harmed the front. Wish the back had a bumper. So I put a 4" wide piece of black tape (sort of like duct tape) over the cracks and and it has done fine with that and is lasting fine. Next time I'll tape it before using.

Do not put a pop socket on the back!
I loved it until I realized that it was somehow blocking me from hearing the person on the other line. I also put my pop socket on and when the phone fell the whole back of the case shattered. I had it for maybe 2 weeks.

The front isn't tempered glass like they offered
They said double sided tempered glass but the front isn't tempered glass. I think that's false advertisement

The fact is it's to easy to remove. It opened on impact when I accidentally dropped it. Otherwise a beautiful case.

Lifetime warranty
I love this case, protecting both front and back of my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with tempered glass.Dropped my phone on my driveway a few days after installing the new case and the case glass cracked, I emailed the vendor and they sent me another case within days of emailing them. Will definitely buy again from the same vendor in the future.
