Love the fresh scent.

The perfume is strong and it is very long lasting - I can still smell it on my wrist next day after multiple hand washes and a shower.It smells slightly sweet, but not overpowering. It smells fresh and pleasant. You only get a tiny amount here to try

When I ordered this product, it clearly showed a full size bottle in the preview window of the page we order through when participating in the Vine program. When I received this tiny sample I thought, okay that happens sometimes - rather than send a full product, a manufacturer may chose to send us just a sample.But then I saw this sample is being sold for FIFTEEN DOLLARS and I was insulted. Shipping something this small costs a maximum of about $2.95, in a bubble mailer that should run a large company around .20-25. I wouldn't mind $5-7 as I understand there are some process fees involved but $15 is crazy. The whole experience - from being shown a full size bottle, to receiving a sample, to seeing that the sample is labeled "not for resale," to the price being $15 for said sample you could probably get at a sephora for free - this all feels shady.To top it all off, this smells like my grandma's talcum powder from the 70s she had stockpiled and was still using in the 90s, but if she had also washed her clothes in Dreft before putting it on. VERY powdery/ baby soft.Wouldn't recommend this product, neither scent nor sales process impressed me.

Not for me.

I have a weakness for musk perfumes. They're soft and sensual, drawing attention without being too overpowering. As the scent mellows it draws people closer in to smell it - to smell you in it. This one doesn't disappoint, either. I've worn it twice and both times I got asked 'omg what is that wonderful fragrance?' It's inevitably followed by 'where can I get it?" I already know I need a bigger bottle. I got this sample size to try it out and while a little goes a long way, I need this in a bigger bottle on my dresser. I love it. It makes me feel pretty and sensual and I like it.This is a very giftable scent. If you know someone who loves musk perfumes you can't go wrong with Derek Lam 10 Crosby Silent Street - just get the bigger bottle. 5 stars.

I do not wear a lot of scents because I'm real sensitive to them. This one is ok for me which is something, but I really do not care for it that much.It sort of reminds me of the scent of powder scented deodorant. That is not something I really want to put out there as a scent. I do not really get anything flowery or anything other than the powder smell.I did like that it's in a glass bottle but there is not even a cap on the bottle. To me this reminds me of something I would get as a free sample in a department store. $15 seems really over priced for an item designed to give me an idea of a scent to encourage me to buy more. Without a cap, I could not even carry this in my purse if I liked the scent.I was disappointed in this. I do not mind this as a scent under my arms but not something I would wear on purpose on it's own.Thanks for reading my reviewBecky Brooks

I'd been dying to try this, as a perfume love this kept popping up in my feeds.Gotta say, I like it. I don't love it but I like it. This is a perfume that on someone else I'd say wow she smells good. But on me, smelling it constantly it gets overwhelming. It borders on the cusp of old lady perfume and powder perfume but somehow beautifully veers right just in time to avoid being a horrible scent. I wouldn't buy this in the larger size, but again, on someone else I'd totally say geeze you smell delicious.

I usually like smelling like treats such as coconut/lemon/vanilla. But I still have to say that this is a very nice fragrance despite being different than my normal style. It is definitely more sophisticated, for a woman 35+.
