Many entrepreneurs in the start-up phase lead pretty grim lives on the emotional and financial edge. Lubetzky teaches us that we must believe in the mission of an entrepreneurial venture and not settle for less – and most of all, never ever give up. Transform your experience to learn to think boundlessly and critically and consciously choose what appears to be a tougher path initially but reap the benefit of greater rewards in the long term.I am highly inspired and have learned tremendously from his anecdotes. I love that he celebrates past failures through the lessons learned from them. He’s given me a “bible” to success that encompasses both passion and mission! It’s a must read.

I've been obligated to read more than my fair share of "I'm a CEO and this is how I did it" books, and they're usually boring, dry, and self-involved. This is speaking as the former CEO of a beverage company. I wish I'd had this book when I started my company. I found myself agreeing, again and again, with points he made, that I learned on my own. Daniel does an impressive job of weaving together personal stories and reflections, specific thoughts on how to build a business broadly, and the nuts and bolts of the food/beverage industry. He kept it within a reasonable listening time, and I found myself personally inspired by him and his story. And, I really have seen it all. Highly recommend the audiobook - it's particularly engaging, and he has a great reading voice. I blew right through it in a week. Highly recommend!

This is is a great book to help understand how a purpose truly defines a person and an organisation, so as to ensure it achieves its goals. The story of KIND is a great example for everyone on how to approach making a difference through purpose.

one of my favorite books. I recommend it to every single business person or student starting out. its a must read for anyone who wants to know how hard work and dedication pays off. Do the Kind thing, read the book! or better yet, listen to it. its narrated by the author himself!

So inspiring; an amazing story filled with valuable lessons, excellent advice, and ultimately leading to ,y desire to not only want a KIND bar but to completely fall in love with their mission to spread kindness. I am so impressed with Daniel and the entire KIND movement.

I learned a lot through Daniel's stories and lessons of how a business should and should not be run. His words of wisdom about integrity and treating one's team members are gems that should be taught to all business executives. Perhaps if more people followed them, our country's corporations would be in better shape with better business sense and morals.

This book has a good message about preserving and making choices with integrity. Enjoyable. I feel like it maybe stretched the story out a little too long. It felt like it was repeating itself, but ultimately encouraging and I am glad I read it.

Haven't finished the book yet but a great back story on how Daniel Lubetzky came to found KIND bars and interesting what sets them apart.

The Book shares various insights and learnings from Daniel's journey leading to his successful KIND company. However he keeps going back and forth with the same stories and anecdotes that make it repetitive and a bit monotonous. Nevertheless, I enjoyed reading it despite its repetition.
