Best connectors on the market
I've used Hubble for 30 years, back when they used to actually be reasonably priced. Even at the prices today they are still the best out there and I have some in service for 20 years. Leviton top grade also great, but Hubbell seem to have the better screw set

Yeah, you pay more, but in the long run, it's less expensive.
I have a small production business and use a lot of Edison cables. I've used several other brands. These Hubbell connectors are superior to everything I've had my hands on. The metal contacts in these connectors are not flimsy like so many others. I've been using them for years and they are still stiff, strong and tight.Assembly is easier than any other connector I've used as well. The contact screw clamps are extremely sturdy and don't strip out with a fair amount of torque. There is a plastic guide in the housing to help ensure that strands all stay together when you insert the stripped wire. To close the housing, they have a notch that is externally visible so you don't have to stare inside to align the housing before you close it. 3 quick drive screws and it's closed. The strain clamp is quality and keeps the cable in place in the connector housing. NEVER had a problem.It's not broke, don't fix it, so I bought more of the same when I needed more. Very pleased with these connectors.

Good Braand
Hubbell are far superior than ther others that I have used. Secure even when you pull from the chord instead of the plug itself.
