No, you don’t have to dilute. You might be allergic to certain oils, I know I am. My skin is clinically super sensitive. I have many allergies but I’m fine when I wear this. I suggest you do a patch test before you wear it tho just to be safe.

I think anything on Amazon is returnable, just read the policy for each product you buy. If you are Prime, mostly anything is returnable. The only thing I couldn’t return were some coloring markers I bought because they are considered under flammable/gas category.

Possibly... Not sure if that's infringing some proprietary fragrance blend however. Taking something and selling it as your own might not be a good idea, but it is definitely okay to blend and use at home without selling it.
