10 gummies for 1 cup of matcha...
I was excited about these matcha gummies! The taste is, well, matcha-y, but I think pleasant. I disagree with reviewers who may not be familiar with that matcha flavor and find it unsavory. But, after finishing a bottle of these, I was curious to see how much matcha they actually contained. 2 gummies have 200 mg of matcha, according to the nutrition facts. But, a typical cup of hot matcha would have 2 *grams* of matcha! So, that means it would take about 10 gummies for one cup's benefits! Given the price point, I just don't think this is worth it. Bummed!

Very nice if you like the taste of Matcha
For many Matcha is an acquired taste and based on what else your taste buds may or may not be used to, it may taste bitter to you even with the added sugar. The sugar level is a bit too high for me , 5g per serving. Matcha is known to Promote Focus and Calm, Help Detoxify the Body, Boost Energy Levels, Increase Metabolism Speed, Increase Immunity.

Nasty taste
Idk where all the great reviews are coming from, but here’s an honest opinion! They taste like dish detergent and dirt! Ooh! As soon as you bite in to them the detergent taste hits you then as you chew it tastes like dirt. They sure as heck taste nothing g like candy at all. They do give a little energy if you do what I did to get past the awful taste and hold your breath, bite in half and swallow quickly. I can’t take these every day knowing the taste and I’ll be returning them. I’ll stick with the capsules of green tea. Btw for die hard vegans and vegetarians. These can’t ttuly be considered vegan or vegetarian depending on your knowledge and opinion since cane sugar is made from bone char and they have cane sugar as first ingredient. So here you have it. An honest review that lets you know if you have taste buds that are not numb. These really taste disgusting. They’re also very chewy and stay that way the whole time until you swallow them.

Tastes just like eating slightly sweet green tea
The taste is decent (if you like the taste of green tea), the texture is soft and smooth (it's gummy but not going to stick in your teeth or take six hours to chew), and generally I like this brand. Personally, I haven't noticed any extra energy or appetite suppression since I started taking this daily (started a few weeks ago), so I'm not sure I'll buy this again, but the product itself seems good and may respond differently to other individuals.

Good flavor
I thought these were going to taste awful but it was the complete opposite. They tasted really good and weren’t to soft or to hard.I feel they have me a little energy boost in the morning.

must try!
I got the gummies a couple of weeks ago and I've been taking them almost every day. I immediately feel an increase of focus, mental clarity, and a sustainable type of energy... very different from what you would get from drinking a cup of coffee. The energy from the matcha tea is lighter but steady.I really like the flavor! The gummies are sweet but not overwhelmingly. The texture is just like normal gummies although this product is VEGAN which is a plus for me because who likes to eat processed bones? No thank you.I highly recommend this product but don't take my word and just try them for yourself.
