Perfect Drying Rack for Homemade Pasta in minutes
The best recipes call for homemade pasta to be rolled in flour so it doesn't stick together. That process along with hanging the pasta to dry for a few minutes adds to its flavor and ease of cooking. A plus is that it all washes up quickly first in cold water to remove flour and then in some warm sudsy water to clean off the oil and egg. Try it; a fun family pasta making adventure!!! I bought this along with the Marble Pastry board and rolling pin. Love it.

Great, but cheap drying rack
This rack came w two of the arms broken. Because it was a cheap product and being of simple design, I had tossed the box before finding out it was broken. Figured what could be wrong? But when I went to use it, 2 arms could not snap into place. Would not recommend-spend more money for better profuct.
