This is a great supplement with all of the necessary ingredients to lose weight and feel great. While taking this supplement, I ate properly and did frequent training along with taking 2 of these per day as the recommended dosage. I was very happy with my results and will continue to use this supplement for months and years to come. This supplement also helps with suppressing my appetite and burn fat, but it also gave me a boost of energy throughout the day with the added Rhodiola which I found to be a great little added benefit of the product.This supplement is a great addition to my weight loss regimen. They are also a really great seller. I received numerous follow up emails with very helpful tips to lose weight quickly. Some of which I used, some of which I didnĀ¹t. As with any weight loss pill these are not just going to shed the pounds by you taking them. You have to be dedicated and disciplined with the other 2 important factors, diet and exercise. Do not buy!!! Such a joke
Such a joke....doesn't work. I had a strict diethe and exercise and it was no different than without it. Don't buy this !! No additional energy or anything .

So far it is going well....slowly, but I'm not giving up.
So far, I'm almost finishing my first bottle and I slowly see a difference on my body. I am eating healthier and excersising everyday. I bought 2 bottles, I will finish the second one and I post my final results.......

This is really working for me. I started taking this about 2 1/2 weeks. It helps with my cravings and I have lost 3 pounds and feel good about losing more.Since I just started using this and in a short amount of time, I am hoping to lose more weight. I do not exercise like I should but this is keeping the 3 pounds off.I wanted to reorder another bottle but I noticied that when I bought it back on August 11th... The price was 27.99 now in less than a month it is 35.00. What an increase. Why the increase on price??

It's been a month. I just measured myself today and I lost some inches.The directions on the bottle say take two pills a day and plenty of water.I took one pill a day.I ate the same but I added more vegetables and fruits. And drinking plenty of water.''
