These will work for rental houses but I don't know if I'd want them on my personal house. They are lighter duty than the name brand but also a lot less money.

After ordering one keyless electronic keypad and having to send it back, I was a bit wary to order another but I got this and we watched a YouTube video on installation that went step by step on what to do. After we got it all installed, we realized we were watching the video for a different model Zomoss lock but installation was still the same. Only ran into a little problem when it came to programming per the video so we just followed the enclosed instruction sheet and got it all set up! Works great and we're very happy with it! I did program it to auto lock, so there will be no coming home from running errands to discover we neglected to lock the front door! I plan to order another one for the back door as well so I don't get locked out of the house while gardening!

Very easy to install and looks more expensive than it is. However, the lock sticks and is difficult to lock and unlock. Not sure if it will operate smoother over time after more repitition locking and unlocking. Not sure this is great for a high traffic door with the lock sticking issue.

I replaced 11 of my doorknobs with these for bedrooms, bathrooms, & closets. The kids love them because they’re easier to open. The husband likes the durability. I like the color.

This hardware installed tightly and functions solidly. My research found it to be one of the better buys price and quality-wise.

Bought this for our garage to house access since it's easier to go in and out with a lever-type handle. This handle stopped working in almost exactly 2 months! We were locked out of the garage from both the car access area and from inside the house, with the garage door openers in our cars. Good thing this didn't happen when we were going to work in the morning or we'd be late for sure. When I finally got the door open, it looks like whatever mechanism that retracts the little tongue that retracts wasn't triggering when the lever was pressed down or lifted up. 100% would NOT recommend.

I was dreading the replacement door handle and lock that is situated on the door between the house and the garage. I checked many sources and found that this product at the perfect dimensions to replace the busted handle and lock in the door. It was harder to remove the old lock then to install the new one. I read many reviews and found that most of the negative reviews had to be the problem of the installer and not the lock itself. The handle and lock are very substantial and strong. The directions were a good and even if this was a new install it seemed to be very easy.

Ordered this door handle. Easy to install and look nice. Why did the price go up from $10.99 to $15.something. I guess I will keep looking for another reasonable brand. Bought 2 and price went up.

Not much to say other than was an easy 5 minute install, fit my left swing door from the house into the garage well. I like that it's reversible and with a handle design that is much more practical than trying to turn a knob with your hands full of groceries etc. I can use my elbow to open the door now.

Bought this product and the lock stopped working this week July 9 and I only installed the lock on May 25.

Very good product , works very well and cheap compared to other products
