Works well with dimmer. Bought large package to upgrade/replace previous generation LEDs. Best attributes:1) More energy efficient2) Better quality light3) Nice 3500K color (for kitchen)LEDs last so long, seemed like a good idea to replace after over 10 years!

I am happy with these flood lights for my recessed light fixtures in my kitchen. Since my eyes are getting older I needed something more brighter then what I had in my 5 light fixtures which had warm lights in them. The Natural light bulbs are in between warm lights which has a yellowish tint to them and daylight bulbs which can be too harse on the eyes. These Natural light bulbs are perfect balance for kitchen lighting, they have no blueish tint to either and throw off a nice crisp light. They were worth the $30.00 I paid for them.

The bulbs are a nice, soft white as advertised. I was reticent about buying online via amazon due to the awareness of certain scammers repackaging used/fake products and bulbs seemed to be a good candidate for this sort of behavior. One of the six bulbs I purchased didn’t work (of course I tested to make sure it wasn’t an error on my part). I did not try to return it, get a replacement, etc. because of the cost/reward ratio, but I would buy again just to see if the same thing happened. It could have been a fluke, or it could be that selling six bulbs and delivering five is profitable. I will let the company decide how to respond to this. The bulbs were well-packaged and that suggested a reputable company and, as I said, the quality of the working bulbs were very pleasing.

I am a REALTOR® and I use 3500K LED bulbs in homes always, not too yellow, not too blue, just a Neutral Light. Luxrite have worked great! Consistent, correct lighting makes all the difference, ML...

Convenient packaging and good lighting

I have used these before, I had one bulb going bad, and another one starting to flicker. Don't remember how long they were used but they are on every day for approx. 12 hrs. The bid thing for us was the color. I bought a pair from home depot with the only color stating bright white. These bulbs had no temperature rating on them, so I purchased these from Amazon. The color temp in 6500k It think this referred to as blue white, but this is the temp I was looking for.

I recently received my bill from our utility company almost fell over. So, I was on a mission to decrease my usage. Our kitchen has a LOT of ceiling pots with 65W bulbs. I thought I would start there. I replaced 13 bulbs and am hoping that this will make some difference in my bill (have other changes going on as well). I didn't realize how much you need to know about light bulbs before purchasing a replacement. For LED bulbs, you need to take into consideration several factors; Kelvins (color; i.e., warm, cool, or daylight), Lumens (brightness equivalent), base size (typical incandescent bulb has an E26 base), and Watts (incandescent replacement watt converted to LED equivalent). A huge advantage to LED bulbs is that their lifespan is 10x an incandescent even though the cost is higher. Most LEDs are dimmable, BUT if you have a dimmer switch from your old incandescent bulbs, you will need to switch it out with an LED compatible switch unless it has on/off capability. Otherwise, the bulb will just dim to very low but will not shut off.These bulbs fit the need perfectly. I got the 65 watt equivalent (650 Lumens), with the E26 size base which fit into my existing pots, a warm color with Kelvins of 2700. I am very happy with the replacement. Our electrician was surprised that they were LED because the look is identical and the light isn't glaring. I am looking forward to the next utility bill to see the success ! Be sure to educate yourself on the bulbs you need before you buy.
