Russell Hobbs Coventry 2-Slice Toaster, Black, Included Warming Rack

I'm writing this review for two reasons: first, to comment onthe Russell Hobbs toaster; second, to comment on Savy Deal, llC the company that sold me the toaster.A year ago I bought the Russell Hobbs Coventry 8-Cup Coffeemaker. My wife and I liked its looks and the positive reviews. It hasn't disappointed us; it is fantastic. I say it is the best coffee maker I've ever owned. Since our old toaster was getting a bit long-In-the-tooth, this past December I bought the Russell Hobbs Coventry 2-Slice Toaster, Black, Included Warming Rack. More about what we think about the toaster after a few comments about Savy Deal.When the toaster arrived, the warming rack was not included. I opened an email exchange through Amazon with Savey Deal. At first, they thought I wanted to return the toaster. All I wanted was the warming rack that was supposed to be included. After a very civil email exchange, they informed me that they were not able to ship parts separately, but "as soon as your item returns to us , We will send you a replacement immediately." So I packed up the toaster using the supplied free return label and sent it off. When tracking showed that Savy Deal had received the toaster, I received an email a day or two later indicating that a new toaster was on the way. It arrived a few days after that with the warming tray included. This is an example of how to run a business. If you ever have the opportunity, judge a company on how they respond to a problem you have had. In this case, I judge Savy Deal's response to my problem as excellent. Thus, five stars for their service.Finally, also let the fives stars stand for the toaster. What can you say about a toaster? We love it.

Not only does the toaster look super cool, it also performs perfect!

It looks even better in person. I was recently in the hunt for a toaster and bought two highly rated ones and I thought both were perfect but once here were not. Each was good enough in their own ways. The RH toaster is better than the ones I bought overall, but it too is not perfect. The wavy black sides are made of plastic and I prefer a metal toaster, but that seems to be a luxury feature and even when I thought I had bought an all stainless steel one it had all sorts of pieces made of plastic. The RH has some outstanding features. I absolutely love the lift and look feature. It makes checking on progress a breeze without having to start the toasting over. I am able to get the toast adjustment where I like it, but it toasts one side of the bread more than the other and the bagel button is definantly not pushed. That may just be a glitch in my toaster. I cut a piece of toast in half so you can see the difference. The warming rack for the top is really great and stays firming in place. The grooves on the top allow crumbs to drop down into the toasters removable tray. The toaster is so pretty that even the the fact it toasts one side a bit more than the other doesn’t bother me that much since I like a toasty bottom on my toast.

So far this toaster has done what it says it does. Toasts bread perfectly!

Very durable toaster and I like the heating rack on top

Nice look / but after 10 days it is already broken and past the return window.I did not expect for it to break so quickly given the hefty price tag

Love the design, evenly toast the bread, too sad it's broken after 2 months. The handle didn't stay down. Really wish it could last.

Me encanta por que hace juego con mi cocina y luce verdaderamente bien, el tostado es perfecto, no pido más, la bandeja para calentar croissant es sensacional, es un tostador de tamaño normal y hace un extraordinario trabajo. Actualizaré si hay algo más que compartir.
