This product is listed as having optical zoom. It is in the title of the product, as well as in the product description. This is why I purchased this one, instead of the other identical white label versions of this.It does not have optical zoom. It has digital zoom. It is written on the camera. It is written on the box. It is visible in the pictures. The small extra ring I thought may be a focusable lens is a uv filter.It is relatively easy to use, and if you don't care about the optical zoom, it does fine for most things you'd want to do with it.This item will be returned.EDIT: Nice, they've edited the title to say that it is a digital zoom (without contacting me to say 'sorry for wasting your time' or anything like that). But they left it in the description of the product. For the person who is reading this and trying to correct the listing so they aren't being misleading, it is in the final bullet point, "4x Zoom in Your Pocket: Measuring just 7.6 mm deep, this digital camera boasts a powerful 4x optical zoom for capturing high definition photos with ease."

I bought this for my son for vlogging and it is well worth the money. Simple and easy to use. Batteries last a long time also.

Worst camera. No way it is 4k. Potatoes have better picture quality

The information provided did not accurately describe this product. There was no optical lens. Both lithium batteries were only half charged with no apparent way to recharge them. The photo and description of the camera are deceiving. I will be returning this product.
