Need to emprove the WiFi connection.
The appliance is very well done, but unfortunately it's not reliable. Very hard to configure. And once you manage it it's not stable. If the network goes down it sometimes doesn't reconnect by itself.

Not reliable !
A complete disaster, the app is unreliable (crashes, wrong information about the feeding etc.). The device is also very tricky as the weight of meal isn't accurate (same size but the weight can be doubled etc.), and I am not talking about the hotline...Clearly not a good purchase!

Could not connect app on my phone to a device
I've read all articles from support KB and contacted support but they replied to try the same thing that described in official troubleshooting articles and when I said that I already tried support never came back to me again.

Easy to use.
Easy to use. Just need a bit of fiddling with what your pet eats. No automatic stop.

Really easy to set up. Great quality product and the app is very convenient. My cat took to it straight away.
