My daughter wanted to bring her American Girl Doll everywhere and after realizing this meant either me or her dad would end up carrying her after a while, we started discouraging her, or asking her to leave her doll in the car. What kind if thing is this to say to a 4 year old who still believes in the magic of carrying a doll? I mean, it really is such a small window of time when kids are not in the least bit self-conscious about bringing a favorite toy along for every ride so why ruin it? Luckily, this bag came to the rescue! It is the least bulky, most streamlined way to carry a sizable doll. The fact that it is just enough room for the doll and maybe a few other small things, means she won't insist on bringing along so much stuff that it becomes too heavy and cumbersome. Using it is easy because she wears it cross-body and it easily distributes weight while still allowing her doll to "see" and be a part of the fun. The best part is my daughter can be hands free to hold my hand when crossing streets or snacking on the go. Love this bag!
