Authentic Palo Santo Holy Stick/Wood (10 Pack) Used to Purify, Cleanse and Relieve Stress with Holder

This was actually the replacement for my first purchase of this exact item. The first one didn't include the feather. The feather was in this one but it's a joke. Additionally I'm fairly certain these are fake although I'm not an expert, so do your own research and don't take my word for it. I believe this because a) they don't have the same appearance/ feel/ weight/color as a previous brand of Palo I had, b) the scent isn't like the previous brand I had, this is more "minty", c) my husband is a carpenter so I see a lot of wood, this looks like some leftover wood from one of his job sites that was whittled down. I'm ordering Palo from an authentic seller elsewhere and will compare them. If I'm wrong, I'll absolutely update this review however I'm pretty sure I won't need to.*Legally people can't harvest Palo Santo wood, it has to have naturally fell, rotten/old and then it can be picked up. I don't know the ins and outs of this, like if they're allowed a tree farm or whatever to harvest from, but this looks like "fresh/new wood". Once again, you aee free to research this further, I'm just commenting on the status of this Palo Santo. Also, please note that this is a 6 inch ruler in the photo. Additionally, the package says this is a 15 pack on the sticker on the back and the front says 10pack (although in all fairness the ad states it's a 10 pack, so I don't know which one is supposed to be correct) there's only 8 sticks and a tiny sliver.**** Please note the last photo with the partially burned piece of wood is my original palo stick compared to these. See the texture/ color and I wish you could smell the difference....

Item arrived double packaged in a sealed outer pouch. Aside from some length differences, they are uniform in cut and color - not at all like the photo (irregular, more natural palo santo sticks I usually purchase). Fragrance is also not the same (these make me sneeze) and they burn much more quickly, than the ones I usually have. When I inquired with seller (who I found to be very prompt, which I appreciate), I was told 'Yes it is authentic and come directly from Peru.' Although, the package I received states country of origin: Ecuador. I was also informed that the palo santo sticks from Ecuador are smaller and burn slower than palo santo sticks from Peru which are larger and burn quicker. Hmmm? Seller informed me that "country of origin: Ecuador" label is old and all sticks are now from Peru (provides best quality to customers) and new labels stating such. The quote included in the package is very nice!

I purchased these a while ago and wanted to experience them before I reviewed. Let me just say these are the best quality with a full body smoke. I continuously use these at the end each day to rid myself of any negative energy or experiences, while enhancing my personal growth. I notice that if I miss a night, my sleep this thrown off and I am not myself the next day. I love the quality and size of each stick. They hold up well for multiple uses. They’re sustainably sourced which makes it even better for me. I’ll continue to purchase this brand of Palo Santo.

I received these double bagged. The outer bag is a thick plastic resealable bag designed to lock in the essence. The inner bag is great, as I feel like the person who put this together is making sure that the full quality of the product reaches me.As soon as I opened the outer bag, I could smell the wood. It has a very distinct and strong aroma, and I can imagine using it in a drawer, without lighting it, or even in a bathroom just to freshen the air. It is very strong, and has a citrus mixed with wood smell. Very pleasant.There is a small feather inside the bag. I can't tell what kind of bird it is from, but it is a nice touch.This would make a very nice gift for anyone. The package is of very heavy quality, and I just can't say enough about the wood. I didn't know there was anything out there that was natural and this aromatic. I highly recommend this for a gift to anyone who wants to add something small and special to their everyday life.

First time buying Palo Santo I wanted to buy from a company that care about actually trees, the production and harvesting these seems like the right choice for me, I received my order quickly, smells amazing and on the packing there was some information about the production of the item and I loved the cleansing prayer that came inside the bag. Will be buying again.

These fantastic smudging sticks are chock full of an invigorating fragrance that cleanses the energy in a room, around a campfire, or anywhere else you use them. What I like most about these sticks in particular is the way that they burn without having to torch the whole stick. You simply light an end, then blow it out to get a great amount of cleansing smoke that leaves a hearty Palo Santo scent.

This sample of palo santo is sprayed with some type of scent very intense but when you burn it, the only think that you can smell is burned wood and no sweet palo santo smell. Does not smell real. I would not recommend it.
