The power cord for the tattoo pen doesn’t work at all I assumed it was the foot pedal I ordered an new foot Pedal all along its the power cord

It says you get 20 needle cartridges but I got 5
I got 5 needle cartridges instead of 20? And the shipping took 6 days longer than it was supposed to
