LOVE THIS!!
I follow Ashley Keller, a YouTube trainer/elite athlete. She recommended these to help reduce the tightness in the calves and stretching out the arches of the feet. I got two for me and my husband. We both live to exercise and run, and we deal with many of the problems runners get. I leave one in my bathroom in front of my sink so that every time I have to brush my teeth or wash my hands, I stand on it and stretch. I love how much, after just a week, it has helped my feet to relax and they’re able to stretch out more and the backs of my ankles feel less tight. This has been one of my favorite buys yet. Everyone should have one.

Half Round balance therapy roller
Really good quality! My 3 year old grandson even uses it to balance like his nana. I need to order another but the 36" next time so that my workout buddy and I can balance at the same time. Great product..

Not too hard, not too soft
Right for what I needed. After breaking a toe my foot required therapy. The hard version was unusable. This one has more flexibility, making it easier to stand on. In time I was able to work up to the rigid foam, but this one was a good starting point for helping with recovery.

Great device!
The one I used in the gym's longer but this one is great when I start using it, it's small enough to use as back support or massage when I'm sitting on the sofa.

Mine lost its shape pretty quickly, but is still really helpful
I use this to stretch my calves. After the 1st 2 or 3 uses, I am already able to see permanent dents where I place my foot to stretch my calf, but all in all I would say that it is a good value for the price.

Exactly what you would expect.
It's dense enough, yet still gives. It's textured which feels good on your feet. I have mine in my bedroom and can do calf stretches easily.

Great for therapy for 5 year old
Got this for my son for physical therapy as he’s special needs. This is the perfect size for him! He’s 5 years old so length wasn’t much of a factor when we have him doing tummy work and it keeps his chest off the ground about 3-4”.
