Nice casual band
I think I wore it once to run, but I usually stick to the silicone bands for that. The holes are closer together on a silicon band so those are more precise.

Don't be fooled into thinking it's better cause it's nylon..
Even though it's nylon, the seams tore my wrists. My wrist looked like it was mangled by a cat. Took a week to heal. Will not order another one. I don't think I can return it as I wore it for three days.
