I purchased these for my mother-in-law. She is 90 and has one for breakfast every day. I’m in a different state so the ease of delivery is great. She mentions they are filling until lunch. The taste quality is great. She loves the texture. She dips them in her coffee. Great value for your money.

Dairy free and tasty - now that's been hard to find
It's hard to find dairy free breakfast bars. And with chocolate. This is perfect and great for snacking at any time. I keep some with me for the times when there is nothing available to eat when on the road.

"Healthy" snack
Okay so these things are not actually "healthy" because of all the sugar (12 g per pack!) and fats and such, but honestly for someone like me who craves sweets, its nice to try and find things that are slightly better for me than, like, candy. Baby steps. I jokingly call these "Healthy Milanos" because they are so similar to those delicious Milano sandwich cookies, but at least these are made with whole grains, and have 3 g protein and fiber! I also have a pretty sensitive stomach in the mornings and struggle to eat breakfast, so one of these is the perfect wat to gently wake up my stomach and start my day.
