BachmannTrains - E-Z MATE MARK II COUPLERS - MAGNETIC KNUCKLE COUPLERS with METAL COIL SPRING - OVER SHANK - LONG (12 pair/card) - HO Scale

I bought these to replace couplers on trains that had different couplers. My son couldn’t be more happy. No all of his HO scale trains work with one another.

These were exactly what I ordered and shipped exactly as pictured. The couplings are difficult to install but that is expected with spring loaded small parts. Unfortunately the packaging is insufficient. Each pair of couplings are held to the card board by a small plastic cup which is glued to the card board. The glue either has weakened with age or was always too weak for the application. Of the 12 pairs ordered only 5 were still attached to the card when I opened the box. The tiny couplings were laying all over the box. 4 of the pairs were completed missing from the box. I assume they fell off before the item made it to the box in the distribution center. I sent a note to amazon about this with pictures but I never received a response.

The first shipment we received had 3 couplers missing. Returned for replacement only to find 2 couplers missing in the replacement shipment.Disappointed in both items we ordered in December.

Perfect handy pack for grandson's trains. Couplers are easy to install and extras stay safe in this pack until you need the next one.
