Works better than expected. Flawless for us!
We live off grid, and this was an easy solution to not having any running water at the moment. Therefore, I was hoping that the pump was reliable. After setting it up and figuring out that my wife had purchased 4 gallon water jugs instead of 5 gallon… I simply poked a hole through the part of the lid where it would normally meet up with a water dispenser, and this pump fit perfectly the lid. So that was cool. The operation is simple. It charges quickly. And it sounds like a pump lol - No louder than running a kitchen sink faucet in my opinion. There are several different buttons on top for pre-selected amounts like 300 mL half liter and liter. Or you can just hit the button button hit the power button again when you want to shut it off if you have something outside of those ranges. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the performance of this pump.

First use of a product like this, love it's ease and functioning
So far so good! I can't attest to it's battery life but am hitting the road soon with this and maybe will add comments on it. It took a few hours to charge up when I received it. It fit on my 3 gallon stackable jug with the right cap it needs to function that I purchased along with this since my jug came with a screw on cap. I purchased a cheap set of 5 blue caps from Amazon for maybe $7 or $8. The tub came out of the packaging folded together and perfectly opened up without any need to fix or mess with it. I love that it is ready to use like that and storing it again doesn't impact the tube either. The water flow is steady, quick, and motor sound doesn't seem too loud or bothersome. Thank you!

bought this 3 times
I have bought 3 of these. Not because they needed replacing or anything negative. I just love them so much that I have them in different places. I love not buying cases of water bottles. It feels great to be more eco-friendly in reusing 5 gallon jugs versus recycling TONS of water bottles. The pump doesn’t take up more room than what is necessary for the water jug especially compared to water coolers (whether stand-alone or counter top). Not to mention, it is so easy and beyond painless to switch out from jug to jug. No trying to lift and flip it a heavy jug. My husband loves those little powder drink mixes you put in a standard water bottle and shake up. I think it is so cool that one of the programed (?) measurements is the exact amount so my husband can still use them. You can usually tell when the battery needs charging cause the flow slows a bit, but other than that I honestly am struggling to even think of a small con.

Works decently, use it everyday
This device pumps water, pretty simple. I like that I can leave it plugged in all the time so I don't have to worry about charging it. I don't know if you're technically supposed to do that but that's what I do anyway. There are a few annoyances though, however these might also apply to other water pumps so its hard to judge. Just to put it into context, I use this on top of a 5 gal water jug, and the jug sits on my kitchen counter. 1. I really don't like how I have to hold the water bottle in my hand the entire time it's pumping. The spout doesn't extend far enough for me to just set my water bottle on the counter while the water pours in. 2. This thing pumps so slow. It takes a while to fill my water bottle. However I'm not sure if this is a legitimate complaint because maybe all water pumps in this price range pump this slow. 3. The preset volume buttons are useless for my big water bottle.

Update - lasts about a year - Nifty!!! Love it. Might need to get one for camping.
Jan. 5, 2022 update: We purchased a second of these in Jan 2021 as we’d damaged the USB port on the original purchase. Hubs went to charge v2 today and the USB port receiver popped out. We’ve now had it about 11 months. Sad as the rest of the device still is in great shape. Debating repurchasing or looking at another brand. August 2020 update: This little gadget is still going strong. Have taken it (with a 5-gal water bottle) camping with us twice now too. No issues keeping charged. We just try and remember to do so every two bottles or so. It’s obvious when it’s time as the flow (and sound) is much slower. In our attempt to minimize plastic usage (our city is no longer recycling any plastics above a 2), we decided to get the larger bottles. The city water is pretty gross. Brita replacement cartridges get old. And fridge water is meh and cold. We didn't want to deal with renting or purchasing a cooler as we prefer room temp water. So far we've gone through two 5-gallon bottles and haven't had to recharge. It's a little loud, but to be expected. Flow rate is better than expected too! Not sure about durability as we've only had it a couple of weeks. We DO place it directly over the bottle caps (Primo, Ozarka) after peeling off the paper label and opening/punching through the smaller hole in the cap. It's definitely sturdy once on there.

Good, long lasting, size options
I love this, it’s great. It pumps the water good, I like all the size options. It makes noise, but nothing louder than my Sparklettes one at home. The battery seems to last a long time. It’s easy to charge. I recommend. FYI It’s in ml not oz. so, I have no idea how much it’s filling. But I like the size options. It’s not spill proof. So, if the bottle falls over, it’s not a lid. It will come off and spill. What helps is that it fits over the cap. So I just push the tube thru the small hole in the cap, and don’t remove the cap. Put this on top of it and it’s a much tighter fit.

Initial impression is very good.
I had one of the cheaper dispensers and after 4 months of use it was getting erratic, speeding up and slowing down even when fully charged; I primarily ordered this one because I figured it was gonna die soon. It was slow and noisy and the noise got worse as the level in the bottles got low (resonance). The on (blue) and charge (red) lights were very bright and garish, causing distraction at night. This one is a little quieter and a little faster. I love the fixed-volume options so far. And I'm pleased that it does some to aerate the water a bit. It's also easier to get a gallon jug under the nozzle (for filling the coffee maker). It even has a more attractive (finished, refined) appearance, like it actually belongs in my kitchen and not in a science lab. I'll revisit this after I've used it for more than a couple of days but at this point I'm quite happy with it.

Water bottle pump
The only hint to clean is the hose. I just hold it under the faucet and run water thru it.

great for camping
So far so good. We are camping with the grandkids this summer and we wanted them to have access to water outside (without having to enter the trailer every time). This attaches to our 18.9 liter water jug that we bought at the grocery store. Easy to charge (haven't run the battery dry yet - so not sure how long it will last). Easy to use - even for a 6 and 8 year old. On/off button is all we really need. Tube reached right to the bottom of the jug to get every last drop. Tube is hard to insert into the store bought caps because the tube is not stiff enough to puncture the hole. Rectifying this with new caps that have the hole cut out - should make it easier to insert the tube now.

Served only 1 month
Don't waste your money in this piece of junk. It served only 1 month and stopped working. First I thought it should be re-charged, but after re-charging still no signs of life... Simply died. Beware!

I wish the nozzle was a bit longer or tilted outside the bottle edge!
It's great but..

fonctionne très bien
cette petite merveille fonctionne super bien, très surprise pour la grosseur et la durée de la batterie pas négligeable non plus fait un 18 litres, le tube flexible prend l'eau jusqu'au fond, bonne achat
