First off, let me say that this is a top-notch book. Everything looks delicious, the recipes are easy to read, and there’s a good variety of food items. If I had to criticize anything in the content, it would be the lack of an index indicating which recipes are dairy free, gluten free, nut free, etc.However, I bought it because I’ve been dealing with a host of food sensitivities and hoped this could be the answer for at least a few baked goods. Unfortunately, this book isn’t much help in my case because 90% of the recipes have almond flour in them.This might be a nitpick, but almonds are right up there with other common allergens, like soy, dairy, egg, and gluten. I would have hoped that the author would offer at least a little insight in how to work around this problem, if possible, but this isn’t so much as acknowledged.I understand that GF baking is hard enough as it is, so I can’t fault her flour choices. But without substitution advice, it does make the book useless for me. Just thought I would mention that, in case anybody else has similar problems.

Delicious, easy-to-make and good for you recipes!
Rachel's cookbook is full of DELICIOUS and easy-to-make recipes. It's clear it's a labor of love as she starts the cookbook with the story of how her love of baking was born out of the need for a creative outlet. She then shares that she started exploring gluten-free and refined sugar-free options because so that her sister and other members of her family could continue enjoying her desserts and so that they had alternatives to the mass market options that were available.Each recipe is meticulously (and deliciously) crafted to not only be easy for you to make but to be absolutely delicious. On top of the recipes, Rachel designed, took and edited EVERY.SINGLE.PHOTO for the book.I've tried nearly every recipe from this book already and each one of them is [somehow] better than the last.I ABSOLUTELY one hundred and ten percent recommend that you invest in this book. It will be a part of your family and your kitchen for years to come.

The BEST and definite must buy
I’ve been waiting for the release of Rachel’s cookbook forever and it was everything I thought it would be and more. She is literally a master when it comes to baking with healthier ingredients. No one can tell that you’ve used gluten free flours or dairy free ingredients so it’s just as amazing even for people that don’t have allergies or food sensitivities. The recipes are approachable and the flavor combinations are divine. I’ve made a handful of recipes already and already looking forward to picking out my next recipe to bake. I’m not exaggerating when I say that everything I’ve baked by her has been received with rave reviews.

Easy, healthy and delicious baking...an all in one!!!
Every recipe comes together so easily...true to the description of 'no-fuss'....and I am surprised at how fast I can make them each time. All healthy ingredients which is a huge plus too....every recipe of bakerita I have made has been a huge hit at my parties!!! And they all taste so yummy and delicious...it's like a hug!!! The recipes are written in detail and the book also has variations for each recipe which is really thoughtful. It's a lovely little book which will make you very happy for sure!!! You are going to love baking from this book...And the photographs....woah!! Too pretty...😍And the author is super sweet too...💜💜

Excellent healthy cookbook!
This is such an amazing book. It’s put together so beautifully. The pictures are amazing and the recipes are healthy and yummy. I really enjoy that at the beginning of the book she goes into detail about her start in cooking and why she chose this type of baking. She also goes over a guide of things to keep on hand for recipes and it’s extremely helpful when wanting to make a recipe on the fly. Easy to follow recipes and lots of tips and tricks to get them to perfection. This is a must have in the kitchen if you enjoy baking in a healthy way!

Amazing Cookbook Full of Simple Gluten Free Recipes
The Bakerita cookbook is THE cookbook for those who eat a restricted diet - gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc. The recipes are easy to make and turn out so delicious. I started baking the second the cookbook arrived and I can't wait to try all of the amazing recipes. It's so encouraging to find gluten free recipes that aren't full of ingredients you can't pronounce with tons of sugar. These recipes produce delicious things that are way healthier than most baked goods out there! I am truly thankful for this cookbook and recommend it to anyone looking for some great recipes!

The Single Best Baking Cookbook I've Ever Read
Everything I've ever made from Bakerita has been easy, ridiculously delicious, and spot on with flavor. This well-organized, beautiful book is a new pantry staple in my household. I love all the imagery and the fact that the recipes are all vegan and gluten-free. Highly recommend!

Fun and delicious gluten-free dairy-free baking made easy
After following Bakerita on Instagram, I was super excited when I heard this cookbook was coming out and it did not disappoint! So far I have been wowed by the Chocolate-Hazelnut Banana Bread and the Salted Maple Pecan Tart with Pretzel Shortbread Crust! Tomorrow I am looking forward to making the Brookies (a brownie/chocolate chip cookie combo - need I say more?)! If you think gluten-free dairy-free baking is lackluster, I highly recommend this amazing book. Easy and fun, you will learn all the ins and outs of this healthy style of baking. Your friends and family will be none the wiser!

This book is amazing! Easy to follow recipes, beautiful pictures with delicious results every time! If you've been following Rachel's blog, you know that she pours her heart and soul into every recipe. Her creativity really shines through with this masterpiece! I love that her recipes use clean, easy to find ingredients! From her cookies to her bars to her cakes and tarts...you won't know which recipe to make first!! And you'll feel good eating them, serving them to others and to your kids...knowing real ingredients come together to produce the most wonderful flavors and textures!! Buy this book today!!

Good for gluten but not for nut allergy
This is a good book if you can eat nuts. It’s a bit too much sometimes in terms of the flour variety but it’s well explained. Good for s.one with gluten allergy

Delicious Desserts
This book is wonderfully put together with beautiful pictures of the finished product. Rachel also gives tips & tricks to help aid you in baking the perfect dessert. I love this book because it is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free...I hope to make all the recipes in this book!

Very Happy
I am excited to have received this book. Waited for some time to receive it but have it now and am very happy. Have already made the chocolate chip cookies and they were yum. Going to be making more out of this book.just cant decide what to make first. Love Love Love it.
