I received the pulse oximeter 2 days before the delivery date, it is neatly packed and has come with a proper user manual which are very helpful.The package also contains customer support details card carrying all the required information which I thought is very helpful.Me and my daughters already used the oximeter and found the reading quite accurate.I am going to use this device in my clinic for checking the oxygen levels in the blood on my patients from today evening

Bad product I bought it about a month ago and it’s not working anymore I’m getting an error message the minute I start it I don’t know what to do it’s money down the drain

First of all, it does not give readings every time. You have to press your fingertip really hard and wait for 2-3 min to get a reading, if at all. Then, it has accuracy issues. Pulse rate is shown grossly wrong at times, so I have every possible doubt about oxygen level reading as well. Changed battery already couple of times, but that did not solve the problem. Unfortunately I didn't notice that there's no return option, else wouldn't have bought it.Will not recommend to anyone.

A compact ,easy to operate and accurate device! Will recommend it to anyone who needs an oximeter.

I bought it at the peak covid times so perhaps got it at a higher price. But quality wise there are better products. This one takes a long time to read the saturation and you are just holding the probe waiting for the results.
