The Purpose of Creation

Great book. Short and concise. I enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it to a friend. If your considering what the purpose of life and creation is, this book looks at it from multiple angles and leaves you satisfied.

This book tries to answer some very common but usually difficult questions like how do we know God exists, why humankind exists or why the world exists etc. from an Islamic point of view using Islamic scriptures. Author's concise arguments makes the book easy to read and follow. Author refers to other religions' answers to the aforementioned questions and demonstrates why they fail to give adequate answers. Author also describes some of the attributes of God which many religions have distorted over time. Author also defines what worship, in Islamic terms, means and explains why mankind needs to worship God alone. My only complaint is that I wished the book was longer and answered more questions. But still, non-Muslims, in particular, will find this book very useful. This is a timely book when people wonder around in a materialistic world not having any idea about the purpose of their lives. The indexes and the glossary at the end of the book are also very helpful for those who are not familiar with Islamic terms and scriptures.
