This is a really nice drone. It is not expensive and has lots of "must have" features that you would think you could only find on a much more expensive drone. GPS and "Return home" are two features that are essential. It has alot of other really nice features, again that you expect to find only on a more expensive drone,....Headless mode, follow me, One touch take off and landing. And being able to set flying parameters ( bassically seting up a "geofence") is really a great feature. I am a beginner, but I have done my research. This is a really great drone for a beginner. Learning to fly it was a breeze. You will become proficient very quickly. And It takes great photos and videos which I will post here soon. And Holy Stone is a great company to deal with with terrific cutomer service. This should be just as important in deciding on which drone to by as th drone itself. As I said, I did my research before I bought This. You should try calling the cutomer service of any company BEFORE you buy their drone. One company that sells on Amazon and claims 24/7 customer service does not show their number. When I finally got their number and called it, the message said" the magic jack cutomer is not in service!" Another company's cutomer service was one person! Holy Stone's customer service is terrific and really there by phone 24/7. If I have a problem, I want an answer right away, not in one or two days by e-mail. Their customer service is one of the main reasons I decided on a Holy Stone drone. And this drone has got lots of great features and is easy to fly!

This is a great drone with very advanced but easy to use features. Starting with the app that installs from the qr code and has all of the pairing & calibrating information right on it, so you can have it right in front of you on the controller. No need to carry the booklet and try to hold everything & flip pages to do the start up! The drone is ready to charge & go, no assembly needed and comes with extra parts (in case I crash). I love how clear the camera is from so high up. Gives you a real birds eye view. It is very easy to control and responds perfectly. I was afraid that my only afternoon off that I would get to go flying was going to be too windy, but it handled it like a champ! Even the transmitter comes with installed rechargeable batteries. I love this drone and can't wait for my next day off to pick another area to go flying and see the landscape like and eagle!

First drone and quite happy with it. I feel like the value for the money is good. Although I can’t compare with other drones since this is my first it seems to have really good features such as GPS and return to home. I get a good 10 minutes from the battery. The camera is good even though it is fixed. Pretty good maneuverability and seems fast. Pretty durable since I’ve had some rough landings and it held together great. I would certainly recommend as a first drone.

As a frequent flyer of the HS110D drone, I get excited anytime I can fly something new. The HS110G drone is new, inproved and a little extra. The best feature is the GPS but with the improved camera for 1080p captures auto takeoff and landing, it is hard to choose my favorite. The HS110G drone does come with spare parts in the event of a crash landing that might cause damage. It doesn't come with prop guards but those from the hs110d will fit. You can restrict height and distance within the mobile app. The controller is rechargeable, so no hunting down AA batteries. The return to home button means no more lost drones. The follow me option allows you to get great action shots without having to worry about controling the drone. Also, the holy stone customer service is by far the best there is. They are always willing to answer questions or help in any way. This is not my first drone with them and I am sure it won't be my last. So what are you waiting for? Get flying already.

Biggest drone so far that my 6 y/o grandson has bought (Yes, he buys his drones). It actually flies pretty well. Its capabilities are more than he's ready for. It is frustrating to wait for it to acquire GPS signal every time it takes off. If the rotors stop, it has to resolve the GPS signal before they'll start again. Can take several minutes to resolve. Helps to just turn off the GPS, but then you don't have the GPS features. We'll keep working with it to be able to use it better.

As a resident of Indiana where the weather can become pretty cold in the winter, I stored my Holy Stone HS110G drone for the winter. In March we began having 60+ degree weather which seemed like a perfect time to charge the batteries and prepare to resume some drone flying. Guess what, neither of my two batteries would charge. I could not even get a light on the drone indicating there was a problem. I attempted to charge the second battery and got the same results. I reached Holy Stone support (Philippines) and after a thorough quizzing by the tech he said that it was not a battery issue but rather a problem that they were seeing within the drone itself. His recommendation was, do not buy a battery, that is not the problem but rather a problem within the drone that Holy Stone was aware of. He offered a 20% discount, and I could buy a new one. I felt that was an inadequate offer since Holy Stone was aware of a problem within the HS110G but appeared to have no real interest in serving the customer. Having gone through this only to be told by the company that I needed to buy a new drone I was extremely disappointed in Holy Stones support of their defective product. I would suggest to potential drone purchasers to avoid buying from Holy Stone as they do not appear to take an interest in serving their clients. Guess I will have to look for another brand of drone.

The 110G is a great drone for beginners. Easy to fly and lots of fail safe features. Has GPS which enables auto takeoff and landings, return to home, mapping and follow mode. Remote works great with my old Iphone 6. I just downloaded the app and paired with the drone. Flying time is about 13 minutes so I keep an extra battery charged. Max altitude is 400 feet. Drone is easy to fly and stable as long as you calibrate the compass and GPS which is easy to do. The drone is capable of 1080 as long as you insert a Micro SD card into the camera, otherwise it will store 720 on you phone. Drone is light weight and seems durable although you do get extra props and landing gear in cash you do damage one. With GPS it will hold its location within a couple of feet and return to home when the battery gets low. I will say I am impressed with this drone and the features it has to offer especially for the price. I have had a lot of fun flying it. As a bonus this drone is under the FAA weight limits for registering it. Recommended!

This HS drone is great for someone without much experience. It is easy to use and I especially like the GPS and "follow me" option. In would highly recommend !

I was seeking a drone my 8yr old could fly and would save good quality video. The drone doesn't dissapoint - the GPS hold is a key feature. The follow me modes simply awesome that means we can video the boat/wakeboarding! Such a good purchase!
