EZRED KWP2 Kiwi Bent Head Needle-Nose Pliers, Set of 2

Handy little pliers I wish I had found years ago! Perfect angle for grabbing things without twisting your wrist as with standard needle nose pliers etc. Gets in places regular pliers and channel lock pliers are too wide to access. Length of reach is excellent as well! Jaws close on tip with "an 'extremely' little daylight" between them that quickly disappears when you squeeze them tight; like paper thin gap. Jaws also fit together very well, not offset as many cheap pliers are. My new go-to pliers for grabbing and holding things! Worth the money hands-down. Actually ordering another pair just for GP. Highly recommended for a general purpose set of pliers for your toolbox!

Decent pair of pliers, and perfect for those awkward and tight spots that conventional pliers cant seem to get a good angle on (specfically automotive hose clamps). The tips on both pliers close, but as you look toward the handle, the gap gets larger between both jaws (could be a defect in my set, not all sets). I personally have not had a problem with the gap, although I could see it becoming a problem in situations where I need to grip something using the bottom of the pliers. Note that the pliers are designed to stay open when not in use, and the "holder/case" isnt all that great and takes up quite a bit of space (just a piece of styrofoam with indents to fit the items, wrapped in plastic), so keep that in mind when storing. Handles feel like a rough vinyl finish and will leave marks and stains, so having a degreaser handy will help with the cleaning process. So far very useful, will update review if needed. Overall, I recommend this product.

First, these pliers feel really good in the hand! The length on both the small and large pliers are great for getting into tight spaces. I got these primarily for their length, narrow jaws, and being somewhat right angle. For that, they work perfect. The downside is the quality issues with the large pliers in particular. The jaws do not light up what so ever and cause headache when trying to grab on to something that needs a good bite to hold on to. This was the reason I took a star away. The smaller pliers seem to be just fine. For the price, they aren't a bad set of pliers, but would have liked to see higher quality finish. Overall not a bad set of pliers for the price.

These are heavy in a good way! The joint is just about perfect, little to no play, but still moves very freely. They are really ergonomic and helpful for grabbing or placing things without your hand blocking your vision. It seems like they will last a long time.

EDIT 9/4/20: After contacting EZ Red about this issue, they immediately sent me a replacement for the larger one of the two. They just asked what was wrong, and asked for my shipping info. I received the replacement within two days again. As far as customer service goes, it was a very good experience. As much as I'd love to say the story ends there, I still have a problem with my "new" pliers. After opening up the package, I see the replacement has the same crooked jaws, but they ground down the extra metal. The pliers are at an angle, but they do open and close as they should. My guess is that they just grind them down to make them look a bit better. As far as the stickiness goes, the new pair works fine. Again, I really wish they would have better quality control, but at least I have a functional pair of pliers at the end of the day. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased these on 8/31/20. They were very quick to ship and received them within two days (I have Prime). The pliers look and feel great in the hand. The smaller of the two has jaws that are a tiny bit misaligned. Not enough to impede it's usefulness, but enough to make my OCD kick in. My problem is with the larger of the two pliers. It sticks when fully closed, even after oiling it and working it for 20 minutes. Not only that, but the jaws are much more misaligned. The jaws are offset by almost 1mm. It's still somewhat functional, but it's terribly ugly. For the $20 spent, I feel that quality control should be much better. There's also a problem with the foam tray that the pliers sit in. It's a bit tough to describe, but the middle part (the part in-between the handles) is a bit too long. The foam gets squished at an angle when the pliers are placed inside. The foam tray doesn't bother me at all, though. I won't be using it, but it is worth mentioning in case you want it. I messaged the manufacturer about this and hopefully this situation gets straightened out. I'll update my review if necessary.

No one has mention it before but these pliers are simply fantastic when working on small fuel hose clamps on small carburetors engines. There is always a time when your good old long nose pliers won’t fit in tight spots. These will. The quality is very good but not close to KNIPEX imo. Also, the longest plier; 8 inches one, the tips are not perfectly aligned. This is something that always bothers me when using pliers. Is it worth removing a star for that? You judge by yourself. I do use these pliers for easier windshield washer jets. There is 2 tabs that needs to be pressed together in order to remove it from their housing. The longest of the 2 pliers is really perfect for this task. (See picture) Update: I contacted EZRED and they sent me a replacement for the misaligned 8 inches kiwi pliers. They fully stand behind their products and i praise them for that.

I had to return it due to bad rust on both pliers.
