This headache band is worth 10x what it costs!!! I'm so thankful to whoever made it and that I found it! The gel wraps only lasr 15 minutes, this ICE WRAP lasts about 2-3 HOURS!!! It's a but too cold when I first take it out of the freezer, so I cut a new microfiber cloth to fit the band, and put it against it then clasp the band on my head. It has velcro to fasten on both ends. A regular washcloth was too thick to use, it blocked too much of the cold. So, I thought a thinner soft cloth would work better, so a new microfiber cloth, worked perfect. I had a few. Everyone is different but for me, after about 2 hours, I take the cloth off and just have the band on by itself. Nice & cold still after 2 hours!!! In 3 hours, it is really not cold any longer. 3 hours is usually enough time for me, but sometimes, my headaches do last longer, so, I am going to buy a second one, so I can switch them out when the first one isn't cold enough. Small ice cubes are inside pockets of this headache wrap. It fits any size head. When laid flat, it is 26" long and 3 and 1/2 inches wide. The velro is 4" long and 2" wide on one side and 3" long and 2" wide on the other side. So, there is plenty room to fasten it and long enough to fit every size head. I get chronic headaches almost daily, so this is truly a Godsend!!! It feels great when I put it on and cold does help my headaches. My headaches are on my forehead, so this is perfect. If you have headaches that are all around your head, or the top of your head, I recommend getting the larger sized one. It's in a separate place, it's not a choice with this one. This one costs, $29 and the larger one costs $37. I hope this helps whoever may have read it.

I love these migraine ice cube hats. I literally had to put in the brand name “Headache Hat” to find it on Amazon. The mini cubes stay nice and cold. I’ve tried hats made with gel but the gel warms up too fast. I would really recommend this hat to anyone suffering from migraines!

I get the occasional headache at night and this works well to keep the cool where I need it while I try to go back to sleep. It's got a soft cover has some elastic built in and the Velcro is adjustable. I picked this up after someone else that uses it told me about it and I'm glad I bought it.

Game changer for headaches.

This ice pack stays cool and easily fits around the head. Can easily be adjusted to forehead or the back of the neck depending on need. I liked the satiny feel of the material. since my headaches tend to be milder, I don’t really need an ice pack that fits over the entire head.

Even though I usually buy the headache hats with 3 rows of cubes I find I get almost as much relief from 2 rows. I’ve been buying them for 7 years and use them 20 minutes on them 20 minutes off for almost 24 hours a day (I’ve had one headache since July 2010). They’re very comfortable with adjustable Velcro in the back, and very thick so the coldness lasts a long time. I do not use the fabric sleeve.

It stays cold for a while, you can adjust the tightness. I have another wearable ice pack with three bands of cold stuff not just two and the other one is superior. The frozen stuff is smoother, stays cold longer. This one feels more ‘bumpy’ when you put it on.

I have a rare brain illness and suffer with pain terribly. It helps for about an hour. I have 2 so I always have one available
