Adult Steampunk Lady Costume

I love this costume! I wore it to 2 Halloween parties, and at each one, received numerous compliments. It’s sexy and fun! For the price, and all that you get, total steal! I will say, without the petticoat, it’s cute, but not a show stopper. IMO, you MUST get the advertised petticoat worn in the picture to complete the whimsical look and feel. I topped it off with black, bowed thigh highs and black booties! Oh! I’m 5’9, 33-25-35, with broad shoulders, and the small fit. It was a little tight at first, and I considered exchanging it for a medium. So glad I kept the small! With a really good bra, and its own stretching from my body warmth and trying it on, the small was a perfect fit!

What a great costume! Fit perfectly, I ordered a large, I am 5'2" and weight 140 pounds, so maybe that will help some of you ladies out there when trying to decide what size to order. It is well made, very comfortable, an all round fun costume...the hat, as other have mentioned could be better, but I tweaked on it quite a bit, by cutting the strap on the back of the goggles and gluing them on each side, to stabilize them better, added, feathers, cogs, gears (also purchased from Amazon), chains, a steampunk butterfly, that I made and other small embellishments that I had on hand. I also had to stuff the hat with plastic bags. I made a steampunk necklace as well with said cogs and gears...highly recommend this seller and this costume..

I love this costume! It came with the hat, goggles and gloves.Even without the petticoat, it looks great. The goggles are made of a thick plastic and will hold up very well. It showed up two days after I ordered it, which is very nice. The packing was easy to open and I did get the costume packaging (pictured). The goggles had been in an extra plastic bag for protection, but the picture was taken after opening everything. I will be buying from this seller again.

I realize Halloween costumes have risen in price as they look cheaper and cheaper each year. This is not the sellers fault.Just beware the label says no washing drying or dry cleaning of any kind. Well, I washed mine cuz it's gross to wear something and not wash it.The costume did degrade a little where it's imitation suede. The particles did get all over my other clothes but it didn't ruin the costume. If anything it actually added to it because it looks a little more worn and weathered.All in all I would buy this again. Ok value for what's included. I gave it 4 stars cuz to clean it is a risk of destroying the outfit.

I am 5' 11" barefoot and 189 lbs so I ordered the XL because I'm pear shaped. The color and size was spot on which is what I look for in my Halloween costumes and it fit true to size. The ordering process was easy and it arrived quicker then expected. I had to order the petticoat to go underneath it and believe me it made all the difference.Now to the changes I made: I knew the googles were going to be plastic and that was okay however that hat was horrendous and nothing I did could salvage it after it got smashed during the delivery so I didn't use the hat. If you want a more realistic feel for the googles these aren't for you. The costume needed more PIZZAZZ to me so I added gears and other metals to it. I also painted my googles and added gears and metal to them. I then made a broach out of a key and added it to the neckline with other metals. For a basic start to a costume this was a good one.I would recommend this product and I would order from them again. Thanks for helping me win second place in the costume contest.

This is a great costume! It fit well and was very comfortable. I did find it a bit plain so I added cogs and chains to "spruce" it up. I also shortened the front "straps" which helped give the front a better look and lift. I agree that the hat needed some internal support to keep the structure so I added a piece of thin cardstock which worked well. I received quite a few compliments. Oh and buy the tule skirt to give the dress support ... you won't be sorry.I'm 5'5", 160 lbs, 34DDBought size Xl (fit great)

I’m a 38DDD with a 35” waist so I purchased the Large 10-12. It fit perfectly!! I was concerned about the chest area but it fit like a glove and the cut is very flattering for a curvy woman. It is a costume so the material is thin and stretchy however it’s durable.I purchased the hi-low crinoline underskirt to add to the fullness and dimension of the costume. I am planning on this being one of my several dresses for my Steampunk wedding party. I will replace the cord tie with cream silk ribbon on the bodice and the hat. I will also purchase a better set of goggles for the hat as well.

Nice enough style but a bit costume-y/fancy dress so didn't look as nice as the photo. It's all in one and doesn't come with the underskirt. Also the biggest fitting is an XL but that's actually a 12-14 uk size. When has a 12-14 ever been an XL?!
