I've put up with some crazy horrible tastes before in the name of nutrition. This product tops the list. It's not an aftertaste or some off-flavor. And I do understand that taste is subjective. But this product is absolutely horrible. It's impossible to dissolve in water. It "balls up" in water and no matter what you do, it won't dissolve. It has a bit of the consistency of cinnamon. If you use a blender, it aerates it and makes it worse. I have no way of providing any evidence if this stuff works or not because honestly I have not been able to take it on a regular basis because I dread having to taste it. It's the worst. I'm honestly surprise somebody gave this a good review.

I was a little skeptical about this product, as I have had a hard time getting into ketosis and staying there. I tried this product, and was pleased to find that I was in moderate ketosis after the first day of taking this supplement. It is very pleasantly flavored. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk, and it is a great start to my day. Day three, I am still in ketosis. I'm placing another order today so I don't run out!!

Thought it was larger. Mix well in your coffee or tea not in water.

This is a great value for your money! Tastes good in coffee and in almond milk with protein powder. It does work as intended. It doesn't mix as well in coffee as I would like, but that's to be expected of powders like this. I have re-purchased this as I do enjoy it.
