I stopped because of the taste but they were fresh . All brands have that same bitter taste . If you can handle the taste it’s a great product I have read.

I heard on a video that women need to eat these every day to prevent breast and other cancers. I bought it w/o knowing that it's bitter and opened up near my mailbox and popped a bunch in my mouth. I chewed a little and WHOA, was I surprised at the taste?! Spit it on the ground and thought that maybe they had to be toasted. But no. All reviews speak of the bitterness as the medicine. This is going to require me to acquire the taste. Pretty awful when you have never had them! The brand is good, arrived fast and seems fresh, tho.

Second order from Yupik and very disappointed this time. The first was pumpkin seeds and all was well. This order was the bitter apricot seeds and about 25% were broken. I blame Amazon as it was shipped in a basic plastic Amazon bag instead of a padded envelope. For the price, I expected better.
