I love how Grenade has formulated their multi. Super convenient to take--the pills aren't overly huge or hard to swallow. The packaging is also super convenient--I can just stick a pack in my pocket on my way to workout. I also appreciate the added benefit of BCAAs and probiotics. It's not just about general health--Grenade's Ration Packs take care of gut, heart and muscular health, too! I've taken these both on an empty and full stomach and have been fine. Can't beat the quality, convenience, and price!

Was just using a multivitamin and fish oil and decided to switch it up with this. I think this is a good alternative if you don't know what exactly your looking for and want to add something extra to your vitamin regimen.

It's time people realize just how quality these Grenade products actually are. The packaging is always awesome but it's the quality of the product that really matters. I bought them first in GNC and then found it more convenient to get them here on Amazon.Anyways, in my opinion at least, Grenade has made the perfect multivitamin here. It has quality (no burps) fish oil, BCAA's, immune boosters and your essential daily multivitamins... Oh! And did I mention probiotics?! That helps your stomach/gut health + it helps you ACTUALLY ABSORB THE VITAMINS BETTER! Hence, you aren't going to just piss them all out like you would with a product like Animal Pak. And Universal, I love ya, but I'm sorry... Ration Pack > Animal Pak.This has everything a real athlete needs for their daily nutrition but honestly it's very beneficial for anyone!

Decent product. However, the yellow caplets had a black discoloring on them. Likely came from the packet packaging. I don't think it affects the quality of the product. Also, I prefer vitamins that are in vegetarian capsules, as they are better absorbed than tablets/caplets. A personal choice, but I will pay more for vegetarian capsules. You do get what you pay for.

These did what they were supposed to do and it was convenient to have all your essentials in one little pouch but these guys doubled their price from when I last bought them. Ridiculous. They are not worth $60.

Hands down best multivitamin back I've ever taken! I feel really energized every morning as I get up to get ready to go to school. I am a college student which goes straight to work after then hit the gym at night. Thanks to these I feel energized, my stomach doesn't feel bloated at all and has made my joints feel better also. Highly recommend these so don't sleep on it purchase them!

Had some alergic reactions on my body... Was using it with clk together, but after a week swiched back to animal pack.Probably if you dont cobine with anything should be great product. Love other products form Grenade, but this was just not for me...

Excellent Vitamins...Simple, Easy to use. Throw one in my daily bag and I'm good to go. I find myself feeling better when i use these. I usually use a vitamin 3-4 months. I then switch to a different one, so my body doesn't adjust. I love these Ration Packs!
