Speedo Preflex Paddles

I ordered a medium. It seemed a little big but after awhile I got used to it. The medium size may give me a bigger workout so I have no regrets on the size.

I’ve trained with many types of paddles and I think that these are the best. I like the flexibility which they have. These paddles can help with getting of a correct catch position and with the feeling of the water.

Excellent. Made you paddle efficiently and work those muscles in the pool. Would recommend for people who can swim but have limitations in movement and need rehab in a therapy pool. If you simply want to strengthen your stroke for any water sport or maximize your fitness regime I highly recommend.

The product looks good and the straps are easy to adjust. I bought them for my 9 year old granddaughter who is a competitive swimmer - but they are to big. Speedo needs to recommend which size to get based on a hand size measurement and put that chart on the adds and summaries on their website and Amazon

Excellent paddles to add to the bag to mix up your training and to reinforce the idea of "grabbing" water as you start and work through the catch phase of your stroke... Really cool paddles!

I have smallish hands and short fingers, but this small size is smaller than small. They are too small even for my 12 year old child too.

Provides great professional level workout

Me gustan mucho estás paletas por su forma y diseño, funcionan para cualquier estilo pero me resultan muy cómodas. No cubren la totalidad de la palma y por su forma el jalón se siente más en la punta de los dedos y la parte superior de la mano, mientras que el pulgar y la base de la mano va más libre. Me gusta mucho como se sienten, te ayudan a concentrarte más en la entrada de la mano y también sirven para llevar la mano más relajada y sentir un movimiento más natural.Con otras paletas he experimentado molestias en el hombro pero estás no producen tanto estrés en el hombro pero se sigue jalando bastante agua.

The media could not be loaded. El diseño me parece un poco complicado, pero cumplen su función, ya que una parte de la palma de la mano queda fuera de la paleta. tal vez mi falta de experiencia pero sirven bien.
