Had a small issue which Pinsoon's customer service handled 100% to my satisfied. I had been traveling a little so have only got to use my Pinsoon Air Fryer 10 qt oven 3-4 tees. Each time the results were better than I expected with delicious wings, potato wedges, lean turkey sausage that I expected to turn out soso was jucey and perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and perfect on the insde.I love my Pinsoon and would buy it again or as a gift to someone.Did I mention Customer Service rocks?

I bought this on Prime Day 2019 - Which it is now cheaper than when I got it on sale. I've held off on writing the review since a really liked the air oven but I did receive a unit with the defective racks. They really screwed that up somehow but Pinsoon did make it right after couple months. I now have a new unit and the racks actually fit.Since I still was able to use the previous unit a lot, it still did the job. I air fried everything from bacon, eggs, steak, cinnamon rolls, bread, Italian sausage, chicken breast, and pizza. It works great! This form factor is much better than the previous round air fryer I had since you have more space and you can see inside without opening it.I would give it 5 stars at this point but I think the look could be improved. It is a simple design but not really appealing. Other than that, it functions very well and I hope it holds up years to come.To Pinsoon Support - Thanks for staying in communication with me and making this right.

I purchased this item a couple of days ago, was really excited to cook on it. I read all the directions and did what I was to do, to set it up initially. It was easy to operate, not complicated at all. I went to slide the air racks into the oven and I noticed that they did NOT fit very well. They were not tightly fit. Once I put my fish on the rack and loaded my steak fries on another rack and tried to slide it into the track it would not stay in place very well. The food started sliding on the rack. I finally got them to some what stay into place and started the oven cooking. As the oven started heating up the problem began to magnify. The back of the rack of each rack fell down on top of the other and it was a disaster!! I did see someone else left a review with the same problem I had. NOT GOOD!!! Obviously this is an engineering problem that has NEVER been addressed. The problem this creates? Can't put anything of weight onto the racks, you can't set the basket on top of a rack to use ( you'll have the same problem) Using the dehydrating feature? You'll have the same problem! As far as the basket & routesierre goes? That wouldn't be a problem. So needless to say, I'm very disappointed in this oven!! Don't waste your money, as this defect is a real problem in using this oven & most of it's features!! Before writing this review, I did contact the support group ( [email protected]) addressing all these issues. If they can or will address this issue & have a fix for them? Super easy to use. I cook everything on parchment paper. For pizza or grilled cheese, I put the food right on the rack and place parchment on the next rack down. Food is crispy on the outside and cooked throughly on the inside. Have cooked meat, veggies, pizza (warmed up), croissants.

I cannot get the bottom wire shelf to stay in place, it keeps falling down, & because of that, I can’t use the fan/drip tray & the basket. I have made homemade french fries in it though, and they tasted really good. I will continue to use it, it does work, despite the wire rack issue, but I am very disappointed in this flaw, and it looks like I’m not the only one that has had this issue.

Cooks great! Anything you can cook in a stove oven, you can cook in an air fryer, and the results ate awesome!! Customer service outstanding! Had a design flaw with racks not staying in place. Seller sent me a new model and I'm totally satisfied!

As another reviewer mentioned, the wire racks will not stay in place because either the guides are too shallow to hold the racks or the racks themselves are too narrow to stay in place. I thought of contacting Pinson support but decided that I would rather return the fryer. If quality control can't get the racks right, what else can I expect? I'll stick with my old NU Wave.

Pretty great at both being an oven and an air fryer with just issues with mainly the basket and the time it takes to cook things like larger amounts of fries. I wish it was just a bit more powerful
