Question 1

I'd like to order this black h2o rock tape in bulk, since my physical therapist uses it, but why do some reviewers say it no longer sticks as well?

I used the original rock tape, it worked well at first but then the sticking capabilities were questionable. I stopped using it and started using KT. I do not recall if the tape was H2O Extra Sticky.

Question 2

Can anyone confirm if the Beige roll is “Level 3, Extra Sticky”? All the other rolls on this product are BUT the second image on beige shows ”Level 2”

There’s no great way to know for sure - I’ve clearly ordered Level 3 before, and been shipped Level 2 instead. Amazon has credited me for the mistake previously, and reshipped the correct item. But I know the Level 3 is currently hard to find, even directly from RockTape.

Question 3

Will this bulk roll of black h2o rock tape  stick when swimming? some recent reviews (2018) say no. should i buy it?

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Yes, our H2O in general (standard, bulk and mini big daddy) will be able to hold up when you swim. Our H2O tape is 7% stickier than our standard adhesive rolls. The H2O tape is for people involved in a lot of aquatic sports and for people who sweat a lot. In order to get the best experience using our tape, especially the H2O, please follow the instructions below:

1. Be sure to have clean, dry skin with no lotion or oils present. 
 
2. If hairy, clip the area. You don't need to shave the area completely but the tape does need to touch skin. 
 
3. Do not stretch the ends of the tape. Use very little tension when applying. If too much tension is applied the tape will pop off.

Once you follow these instructions, you should be able to use the H2O while swimming for a few days. We have instructional pamphlets in each of our rolls of tape to show you have to apply this tape on various parts of your body. We also have Youtube videos as well. Once the tape has popped off, please allow your skin to breathe for a couple days; then you can repeat this process. I hope I answered your question about our H2O tape.
