Q: You can replace these drops instead a top coat?

No! these are drying drops.Use top coat then after about 3 minutes apply a drop or 2 of drying drops over the nails to help them dry faster and help also to keep them from smudging.I don't know why the ad says base coat.

Q: Does the bottle arrive fully filled? I tried another brand and it arrived half empty.

I've never had a problem,personally ,with the fullness level of this product. Besides,I believe the Flash Dry Drops to be quality,comes in a bigger bottle, and right up there with more expensive drops.

Q: Can you use the 'dry drops' in between coats of polish?

I don't believe so but you can do 3 layers quickly and put this on and it dries it all the way through. I tested it the first time because most drops just dry the outside but I put these on and about 15 seconds later I could scrub them with a paper towel and it left no marks!
