Be close to a bathroom
Wasn't sure what to expect taking this. First time taking fiber pills. Let's just say it works REALLY well. I had to be relieved at my position at work. Run down the steps, jump on a golf cart and go fast as the cart let me drive. Slammed threw the bathroom door unhooking my gear and started to sit down. Releasing my bowels as I was sitting down. I felt like the toilet scene from American pie. Well ended up sitting in my own stuff and spraying the whole back of the toilet. Handfuls of cleaning up and multiple flushes later. I needed a nap for how good I felt afterwords. Hope that review helps.

Great fiber product
I have been using this for couple of years. My body seems to need the acacia for maximum effectiveness. Plain Psyllium doesn't work.Love it. 4-5 caps twice a day. Plenty of water. Great for my keto diet.

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT BUT TWO THINGS THAT BOTHER ME.FIRST=YOU HAVE TO TAKE FIVE CAPSULES AT A TIMESECOND IT TAKES THEM 20 DAYS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT, WAY TO LONG

These actually work.
I had an extreme problem and tried many different solutions. Then I found this brand and it is finally the answer for me. You need to try different quantities to find the right one for you. I cannot express how happy I am to be using these. Sure solved my problem.

Easy to swallow. Not normal horse pills.
Switched to these after previous brand was out of stock. Never went back. It took a week or so for me to adjust to the number I needed to take but WOW they are so much smaller and easy to take.Thanks!!

Not very affective
I drank 5 per day as directions advised....not very effective as I would have hoped.

Immediate impact on keeping my digestive track moving!
From the first day, I could tell that these fiber capsules help keep my system moving! I've since calibrated how many I take to reach a good balance. But if I need to up the dosage for whatever reason to keep me regular, the effects can be felt quite reliably within a few hours. Mostly I just keep taking one a day to augment my diet and it has worked out well.

No fillers used is what attracted me to this product.
My nephew only needs one capsule per day for these to work as advertised.It is difficult to find fiber capsules that do not contain fillers. My nephew is allergic to some of the common fillers used in many different brands of fiber capsules. So, I was happy to find these.
