Not bad at all. Just mix in some Lilly’s dark chocolate cacao chips and you’re good to go. While cooking on electric stove top, place the knob on 3 and in less than a minute, flip the pancakes. Do not wait to see bubbles on the mix before flipping or you’ll have some burnt pancakes.

These make the fluffiest gluten free pancakes and they are so easy. Just add water. The taste wonderful and you can mix in whatever you want, plus, you get the added bonus of having extra protein without it tasting like protein powder. I've ordered these several times now and they will always be my go-to for Sunday breakfast!

Finally, a 'better-for-you' mix that my 14-year-old actually enjoys! However, as a parent, the price is hard to swallow for the small amount of product you receive. I love the quality, but I’d feel much better about the brand if the quantity reflected the cost.

I love these so much. It helps to make breakfast more full and overall super east to make. I love cooking them in butter. Wish it was cheaper but it’s ok.

We always have this on hand in our pantry! I make waffles with this mix and my toddler loves them! GF, clean ingredients and tastes great!

This batter does no set well in the pan. If you wait until pancake bubbles before flipping the other side burns Not much for the money, but the taste is fairly good.

I have a gluten and corn sensitivity and finding a pancake mix that actually tastes good has been so hard. This is the best one I’ve tried so far. It’s best to cook the pancakes really small so they cook all the way through. Please never stop making gluten AND corn free food options!! Thank you Simple Mills
