The product started to get leaks all over the hose and later on in the head. It lasted 10 months...we can not now water the garden without getting wet and loosing lot of water.We bought this one specifically thinking that it was going to last because of the quality of the product. While our cheap rubbery previous one lasted 3 years, this one started to leak after 10 months.We carefully looked after it as much as you normally need to look after a "hose"We have sent a message to the seller and ask for their feedback, we want to know what do they do with products that starts getting faulty so soon.

Very pleased. A suggestion I would make is let water from tap run through for a few minutes before you operate the nozzle; this way it expands really well. Contracts quickly as soon as you turn water tap off and make sure you empty the excess water before storing away. Has it's own bag for this purpose, which is good. But beware, do not tread on the hose or catch on abrasive items such as shrubs or walling, as it may damage easily. This is our second hose but the former one was a different manufacturer. The brass fixings are great but any dripping I fear is down to our garden tap not sealing the flow of water, so dripping occurs. So yes, pleased with result and price.

Love this hose. Only just started to use it as we have had so much rain. Looks durable so gave it a good rating but time will tell. It’s flexible and easy to move around garden obstacles such as rotary line and table and chairs. I’ve used a couple of different modes for use such as shower and more focus stray. Again Very easy to use. I put it back in it’s back to keep it tidy and protect it from the sun each time so doesn’t get in the way.

Bought this to replace 50 metres of conventional rubber hose that was full of holes. The main advantage is it takes up a lot less space and is easy to carry to put away onto the hook provided in the pack. Take note to follow the instructions to insert the rubber washer into the nozzle end to avoid leaks (I didn't to start with!) Tap fittings are brass not plastic so seem quite sturdy and secure. Comes in a nylon case for storage but I didn't really have much use for that. Didn't have any fixing screws for hook but no real issue. Very pleased with my purchase at under £20.

• Brass fittings are very high quality, no drips at all coming from either end when full with water.• Did not know you could unclasp the hose fitting from the tap fitting, they came attached to eachother. If you're reading this YOU CAN DO IT, just like any other quickrelease attachment - Mine was hard to do until after I got it detached the first time.• Love how compact it is, the hook is a brilliant addition for storage.• The hose shrinks and becomes really lightweight and portable when you empty the water out of it.• The spraygun is very high quality and comes with every mode you would ever need• Strangely enough pressure is better from this hose than the standard hoses I have owned, maybe because you can't get kinks in the hoseline?• Nice little storage bag addition, probably won't use it though, I personally like to keep it hooked onto my outdoor tap for easy access.Overall would recommend, really good stuff for the price.

After struggling with an old fashioned hose pipe coupled with a shoulder injury I decided enough was enough - time to treat myself to a new hose pipe.Sent for this and SO pleased I did. Easy to fit with brass fittings and a really impressive spray head. The hose stretches even further than I thought it would and even when in use is so much easier than my previous rigid hose. Once finished with it I switch off the water at the tap and fully discharge what is left in the pipe (usually about 5 litres) into either a watering can or clean 4 pint plastic milk cartons.Even better is the 2 year warranty, storage bag, wall mountable holder and super swift delivery.

The hose has an inner and out layer. Within weeks of it being delivered, the hose split in the middle and water gushed out along the length of the hose , with nothing reaching the nozzle. Now just junk.I emailed the seller and received an immediate response asking for photos, which I provided. Three weeks later have not had a response.Do not buy, poor product and poor seller.

Do not purchase. Spray selector broke on the first occasion I used it, coming away from the trigger nozzle.. I can't quite work out if it broke or became unglued. Either way it broke on the very first use and I can't even put it down to a huge surge of water pressure.One star for the expandable length being as detailed.Don't purchase. Full stop.
