315 pages is a lie by hp. so i'm giving them 1 or zero stars. i got 170 pages, i got "low on ink" notice. a few more pages and printer stopped. why?

I read on another review or answer that this ink cartridge was made in Malaysia or China, and was recalled. I have not called to try to get a replacement yet, but there should be a notice telling us these are faulty, with instructions for a refund. I am also trying to figure out how the picture quality on my HP 8020 is so terrible, and I doubt its the crummy ink in this cartridge. My Canon printer had a clogged head, so I bought the HP 8020, but the Canon's picture quality was great, and the HP 8020 looks awful. How could HP be so popular when their picture quality is horrific? Yes, I have cleaned the heads, and aligned. All is left is to blow another horde of money on more ink, to see if the quality improves, but I don't want to buy another faulty cartridge like this one.

Have these been discontinued? No store anywhere has them not even Amazon. Printer is only 2 months old.

Office Max. Staples etc all say that the 910 ink cartridges are out of stock. I could buy a color 3 pack and a black cartridge on Amaxon for almost as much as I paid for the printer. HP support is worthless.
