Doesn't stick
I guess I was wrong about what it means to be "tape." My understanding was that tape is adhesive. This tape is not adhesive. I am not sure what this tape is for, but it literally doesn't stick to anything. I've tried to use it to hold together computer cords that are past their prime for which the external casing is kind of disintegrating, but the tape does not actually stick. I also have tried to use it to hang very thin sheets of mylar on my wall, something that 3M electric tape is GREAT for, but again, this tape does not have any sort of adhesive feature. I am not sure why anyone would buy this tape, as it does not have the primary feature that causes things to be considered "tape." Waste of money.

Probably not the best tape for wires
The tape is not as sticky as most electrical tape, nor is it as stretchy as some tape (which means it's hard to get smooth). It's fine for labelling cords but not sure I would trust it long-term. I mainly use it on a bicycle for protecting handlebars from clamps and taping up brake/shift cables; I had bought it to use on the end of handlebar tape but it's not sticky enough for that.

Great tape.
I use this tape mostly to wrap/mark my welding tools, such as my mig pliers and chipping hammer. The tape comes in a container, which is nice so that it will keep clean. The tape takes a beating, as they're with me as I'm welding all night, every night. The color is very true to the picture. (between a royal/navy blue)It's gorgeous!UPDATE:Apr/03/17They recently changed this product image. This item was between a royal and navy blue. The picture matched the color I received.I'm assuming this is either a mistake, or the navy blue color is no longer being sold. This lighter blue might just be the replacement now.

This Tape Would Have Been Perfect, If It Weren't For This One Major Flaw...
One of our iPhone cords eventually began to split, and the OCD in me really wanted the electrical tape to match the cord. :) The white color is great, the tape is soft and flexible. It would have been perfect if it only held. I wrapped the tape around the cord, adhered it to itself, and walked away. Not even 1 hour later, the end of the tape came up. I fixed it, thinking I may have done something wrong, but the tape still would not stay stuck to itself. I took the first piece off, tried another, and the same thing happened. Finally, the only way I got this tape to stay was by using a small piece of Clear Scotch Moving Tape to tape the tape down. Ha. Anyways, this would have been perfect if it only had more hold which is too bad. Oh well, maybe I got one from a bad batch?

Just What I Was Looking For
I bought this tape to put on my artificial Christmas Tree branches, so that next year when I have to assemble it again, the job will go much faster. I was looking for a pack of different colored tape for each layer of branches, and this fit the bill perfectly. It is strong and durable tape, and I doubt that it will come off. For the price that I paid, it is really a bargain.

Great stuff!
Not your father's electrical tape. The electrical tapes I've used in the past haven't had great adhesive power, so the end of the wrap would tend to peel away. Not so with this tape: it adheres like super glue. I primarily use electrical tape for finishing the taping on bike handlebars, and this product is the best I've ever used.

and the packaging mine came in had some warnings that looked like they were trying to say "not to be used ...
Temperature limit is on the lower end of the spectrum for electrical tape. Not a big deal. .5" tape is much better used for marking cables and other things like that, in my opinion, and it works great for it.Just be aware it'll usually shrink some after you put it on because it's hard to not stretch it and it'll return to its non-stretched length eventually, leaving a small spread of adhesive at the end as it shrinks. That's only a problem if you're using it for aesthetic purposes, though.

A HANDY ACCESSORY BUT CLEAN THE SURFACE BEFORE USING.
I've needed these for a long time but never got around to getting them. Now that I've spoiled myself with them, I use them all the time. The adhesive is pretty good but use a little acetone or contact cleaner on the surface you are taping.ThanksAU//(~_~)\\

pretty poor quality
They're cheap, and that's the only good thing i can say. I personally bought them just to tag wires as they come in multiple colors, i would not use this for actual insulation. They are not as wide as a regular roll of electrical tape, significantly thinner and the material is also less flexible, more brittle and fairly flimsy. If you need something for insulating anything half serious, buy the proper stuff.

Gran calidad, precio percibido alto

Does the Job
It's tape. It's coloured and it sticks. There! Does what tape is supposed to do. I like these little rolls. Comes in handy if you want to colour code your cables or other stuff.

Thinner than a standard roll but still works.
Decent electrical tape but thinner than a standard roll. My fault for not reading the description, but I actually had never seen electical tape in any other size and didn't know this existed. See the photo- this tape is the one the right. It doesn't affect how ill be using it and the price was great- bought it just to have around for the next time I'll need it.

Something smells
As electrical tape goes it's just fine. It smells though. Not just smells, it stinks. I tried putting it in the basement to air out but that just got the smell through the entire house within a few hours. I have it out in the back shed right now, where it will stay for however long it takes for the smell to dissipate. With the bad odor and the good temperature range it claims, outside work is the only place I will use the product for now.
