Only thing to give relief for cervical disc issues
Ok guys. It’s 10/15/19. My injury happened 5/25/19. Blew out cervical disk C5/C6 in jiu jitsu. Endured immense suffering ALL SUMMER. I own an HVAC business and I drive a lot, and not working isn’t an option. THE ONLY THING to give me relief has been this device. I am 6’4”. My head is large, and so is yours. Think about it. The weight of that head bouncing around on your bulging disc all day. I have had the device for 4 days and have been using 2-3 times a day for 15-30 min sessions. I am SYMPTOM FREE this morning, and felt compelled to write a review as I searched long and hard for answers. Try this if you have cervical disc problems. Alleviate that weight so it can heal.

If this device holds up, I think it will be a game-changer
Due to muscle knots (mainly in my traps but also in the muscles in the neck), I have had serious neck pain for several years now. I've actually lost height as a result of the knots, which pull the neck down and thus shorten it--by how much I don't know, but it has to be at least half an inch and perhaps as much as a full inch. However much it is, the shortened muscles put a great deal of pressure on my upper vertebrae.I have used trigger-point massage tools, foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and neck stretches (side, front, and back). Recently I began incorporating vertical stretches. For these, I hold my head as high as I can while standing in the yoga mountain pose, reaching for the floor with my arms slightly out and palms turned forward and rotating away from my torso. While the vertical stretch has provided some relief, performing it while wearing this neck-traction device for ten minutes is next-level stuff. What I do is hold the stretch for thirty or so seconds, let it go for fifteen seconds, stretch again, and so on until the ten minutes are up. I have done this three times so far and already feel better. The traction in my neck feels amazing, as does the powerful stretch in my traps and the muscles on the sides of my neck.Whether the device will result in permanent changes or merely relieve pain on a day-to-day basis remains to be seen, but I am optimistic. I will provide an update as to any progress a month or so from now.Bottom line: I am very happy with my purchase.I used a cloth measuring tape to measure the circumference of my neck. Prior to my neck problems, I wore a size 15-1/2, 32-33 dress shirt, whereas now I hover between 16-1/2 and 17.

Great device. Quality product!
This cervical traction device was recommended by my chiropractor. I have never heard of this before she mentioned it to me. It still seems like a miracle to me how well it works to relieve the pain I’ve been feeling for weeks and weeks. Nothing else seem to work as well as this does. It’s well-made, easy to inflate, and deflate. Bottom line – it’s just what the doctor ordered! Just a note- important – be sure to measure your neck size because I found a smaller size choking and the x-large size was perfect for me.

Works great and has a high quality valve
The last neck traction device I bought had a cheap valve on the pump bulb and it failed. The valve hardware on this device is on a par with good blood pressure cuffs. This is also the first device that was big enough for my neck (19.5"), meaning that it attaches more securely and doesn't try to choke me.

Works as advertized
In less than a week, this device has stopped the frequent headaches I suffered as a result of a disk issue in my neck . Having averaged 3-4 severe headaches a week recently, (rapidly depleting my monthly supply of meds), I decided to give this a try. For the first time in a long while, I've gone a full week without the pain. If you suffer from any cervical-related pain, I highly recommend you try this product, which is of great design, quality, and value.

Works good.
I was told to use this by my chiropractor for bulging discs in my neck. I guess it is doing what it should do. I have a large neck and this still doesn't fit all the way around my neck. There is about a 2 inch gap in the front when I use it. It is comfortable. The velcro straps are hard to use by yourself but I manage using the bathroom mirror so I can see what I'm doing.

Larger size is more confortable for me
I originally ordered the smaller size but it was way too tight around my neck, The larger version worked perfectly for me.My neck is 17+ and I have a beard so I needed the extra circumference. it's comfortable walking around or seated on low back chairs. Thanks for letting me switch sizes!
