Nine Naturals Natural Unscented Pregnancy Deodorant

I have tried two other "natural" deodorants before trying this one. They were decent until I started sweating and then it was all over and I would smell like slightly scented B.O. Not good. Plus the ingredient lists were somewhat iffy... generally considered safe for pregnancy but with lots of ingredients to look up. I bought Nine Naturals because it is definitely safe during pregnancy and had minimal ingredients and I must say that it works a heck of a lot better than the other deodorants I've tried. The smell of the shea butter takes a minute to get used to, but when I do end up sweating (the non-nano zinc seems to keep me from sweating too easily) I don't smell like B.O. I love it! I finally can wear a natural deodorant without hiding in an empty corner of my workout class (I was stinking up a 4-foot radius with those other deodorants) and don't have to take 2-3 showers a day. If I don't workout, I still smell good after only applying in the morning. If I do workout, I don't stink any worse than I would with a full-on antiperspirant so I can still run a few errands afterward. Highly recommend trying this.

Its nice knowing you are using deodorant that doesn't contain aspertame. But I would have to say this doesn't work that well. It smells like oatmeal which isn't too bad. I don't really get super sweaty or smelly but it still just doesn't help in that department.

Does great for wetness protection, but absolutely nothing for odor. I smelled myself all day long for a week before I couldn't stand it anymore.

Works great, no smelly pits here! I was very wary because it's kind of wet when you put it on, but so far it has worked great here in the Texas heat, even when working out and hiking. Makes me feel good to use a natural product that isn't chock full of chemicals, and my hubby hasn't noticed a change which means it's keeping me fresh and approachable! Highly recommended!

Package was broken upon arrival. Also the info of the product was covered by a tag so hard to fully assess the ingredients.

It has a vaguely oatmeal-like smell when applying, not altogether unpleasant. Unfortunately, it only works for a few hours, and then you need to reapply.

I got this product from the Nine Naturals website. Having used their shampoo and conditioner I thought I would give it a try. I can't put my finger on the smell but I think it reminds me almond paste. Personally, I'm not a fan. The smell goes through your clothes and when you lift up your arms there is that strong almond paste stink coming through. Personally, I think this is worse than body odor. I can't really smell my body odor unless I really try. This, however, is so strong I can't even try to avoid it.
