Great product

I bought this for My Hp laptop. I bought it from a pawn shop and it had a bad battery. Put it in as soon as it arrived, and it works beautifully.

It’s already messing up and I just got last weekend. It works just cheaply made.

Battery came without instructions for installation/ activation process. It did not work when I installed. When I went to customer support the representative talked me through the process but it still didn't work. He said they'd send a new battery ( received ) and separate letter with written instructions on installation ( not received). I haven't tried to install the new one until I get proper instructions.

Works great! My mom has been using it in her old computer for almost a year now, and she has no complaints.

As it turned out, this battery (slated for my Dell laptop) is, I believe, a grossly misrepresented item. These particular Dell batteries are comprised of 3 cells. One of the three cells (in the battery I just purchased) is non-functional. It's my conclusion this specific vendor was aware of this battery's flaw but elected to sell it nonetheless. AKA Buyer be Ware!
