Excellent pyrex storage containers with airtight lids. Very happy with these storage containers. Batch cooked meals go in, then to the freezer. From there, the container goes straight into the microwave. (Sans lid, of course.) Highly recommend.

I love the Pyrex glass storage containers. I have the 1 cup, 2 cup and 4 cup versions. The 2 cup size is a good size for single servings of things like chili or soup. When I make food, I go ahead and portion it out into these containers and store them in the fridge to use for lunches or quick dinners later. I use these in the microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, and they hold up well. I don't use the lids in the microwave, because I don't want to have to worry about whether the lid is in the right spot to not get sucked onto the bowl, but covered enough to not let food splatter everywhere. I also don't use the heat dry on my dishwasher (for energy savings, to be able to put certain non dishwasher safe items in the dishwasher, or to put top rack only items on any rack). I did use the heat dry in the past with no problems with the lids, but I can't really speak to that long term, since I haven't used it in a long time. I just purchased this set, but already own a couple other sets I've had for years. They're very durable, and have lots of uses. This set also came packaged well. I've received broken containers from other sellers in the past, but these came with no issues. UPDATE (5-8-21): Still holding up after ~2.5 years. I did have one lid that just cracked on the side edge yesterday, but all the rest are still intact.

Having just received the product and not having yet had the time to use it, the items appear to be of high quality glass and the lids appear to provide good sealing capability. I read negative reviews of other products which lead me to this product and most of the reviews on this product had to do with lids, not the glass product. Frankly, criticizing a plastic or vinyl lid because it did not survive the microwave is ridiculous...why was it in the microwave in the first place. I believe this is operator error, not related to product quality. I expect to use this properly used product for years.

We purchased a set of these years ago and we just purchased another set now. The first set is still going strong with no chips, cracks, or breakage. This set looks the same as the previous. We expect they will last just as long. The glass is thick and not prone to chipping, the lids fit tightly so soup won't spill out if the unit is tipped. We use them in the fridge or microwave, in lunch boxes to school or work. The 2 cup capacity is perfect for a single portion. All parts go in the dishwasher easily. Great product from Pyrex.

This is just a set with Navy Blue lids, like any other. If we want Cadet blue I guess it is a matter of finding someone who sells that color of replacement lid.

These are a great size for lunches. I meal prep and use them every week. They've been sturdy- when we received them in the mail the protective padding had been damaged such that the bowls were rolling around the box. None of them were damaged. Since then they've been thrown in lunch boxes and bags; we've never had any issues with chipping or leaking. They're also very easy to clean. We put the plastic lids on the top of the dishwasher and place the glass bowls anywhere they'll fit. Would absolutely buy again.

pyrex mught be the oldest brand i can remember , i really trsut their products and ahenbit comes to food storage i like to keep it only on glasses nothing plastic! those especially are suoer handy for thr daily use or small leftover!

My husband and I were using the 1 cup size for butter and cream cheese and decided to start retiring our plastic containers in favor of glass. We like that glass won't retain smells or stains and cleans easily. This size is great for individual portions of leftovers and many other items. The lids and bowls are dishwasher safe, which is very important.

I liked the quality, thickness and the lid. The size - 2 cups - the ideal one for me to store in the fridge and microwave it when needed. Someone gifted us 2 Pyrex brown tinted ones some 10 yrs ago and they are good even today. I had bought many other brands and they were no match to Pyrex. I was searching for this and got it.
