This is coming from a guy: it’s awesome. I wear thongs all the time and have more than I’d like to admit I have. WIth that being said, these are some of my favorites. I have purchased the blue and grey in XL. They hold everything in place and you don’t feel anything. Again, you don’t feel anything! I live a pretty active lifestyle from dancing to gym. I wear these under leggings and provide me comfort during my workouts or rehearsals. They also work well with dress and fitted pants. I highly recommend them and they get me in trouble with my gf if you know what I mean ;)
